House holiday rentals in Vias

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. The house is impeccable and the services offered correspond to reality. Thank you again for this warm welcome! We recommend this property.

Excellent! Our second stay here and there will definitely be a third. Very private, great location and the perfect accommodate for a family (I have two young children). The host was very responsive and the local host friendly and approachable.

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

I had a lovely stay at this place. The flat was clean, well-equipped and as described. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and the neighborhood is quiet, which is perfect for relaxing. Host was responsive and welcoming, with good recommendations for the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises. Rating: 5/5

Great weekend spent in this villa! Super clean, super pool. The equipment is also at the level of the capacity of the villa: very large fridge and barbecue. Possibility of parking several cars in front of and in the villa. The concierge is super responsive and accommodating. Just a small note: the villa is in a residential area with very close neighbors, not necessarily identifiable in the photos.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Julien’s house very much. He responded and fulfilled our requests within the hour and was very friendly. The house had everything we needed, even an alarm for the pool in case Baby or puppy accidentally took a dip. My only criticism is the low water pressure in the showers, very difficult for washing long or thick hair. And a small caveat, the sound in the house travels very well so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall the house was the perfect home base for our excursions to the cities and beaches. 9.5/10

Great stay at the villa farniente. Very clean and well equipped villa. Very clear instructions from the host. Small nice garden, very flowery. The villa is part of a small, secure and peaceful complex. The complex's pool was clean and open at the end of May. The host Sandra is super well organized and very responsive. The villa is 5-7 minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants of Vias Beach. This is the most beautiful complex neighborhood in Vias beach. We had a great stay with family and friends. Thank you Sandra!

Pleasant stay. The house and its contents are true to the listing description and photos. The house is comfortable and very clean. It is not too far from the seaside and local shops. The neighborhood is quiet. Hosts are nice and welcoming while being discreet. A property to remember.

Perfect accommodation in every way if it is the lack of shade on the terrace ...in case of wind impossible to open the umbrella! Eva is always available and very pleasant. To be recommended.

Awesome character home on the vineyard. matches the photos perfectly, great access to the vineyard grounds where you can see chickens, horses and sheep as you walk around. Perfect for walking into town or day trips to Montpellier & Nimes. Ticked all the boxes for us.

Here it was easy to enjoy. We were personally welcomed by Gaëtan and received recommendations marked on the map. The family's cats visited us on the terrace and one of them was especially affectionate. The house has a quiet and secluded location. Unfortunately, we could not sit outside in the evening because of mosquitoes, but we enjoyed yoga outside in the sun in the morning instead.

Very good welcome. Friendly hosts. Quiet residence with all shops nearby as well as the beach. Ideal beach for children. Well-equipped and clean accommodation.

Very good stay at Laurence's with 2 children aged 5 and 2. The accommodation is very clean and has everything there. The small garden area is lovely. There are many toys for children and the beach. Le Grau d'Agde is a few minutes' drive away and the accommodation is close to the center of Agde. The environment is very quiet. Laurence is a very helpful host and will give you plenty of tips for visiting the area.

Great location for exploring the area. The apartment was well equipped and had thoughtful touches like baby-proofing and a large garden our toddlers loved. Communication from the host was excellent - thanks for a smooth stay.

A wonderful place to stay, very private with a great pool area & walking distance to a lovely town with everything you could need. The perfect place to explore the region but also a perfect place to hang back and relax. Sophie was a great host with good communication. But let’s not forget the most gorgeous dogs, they’ll give you the most wonderful welcome too.

Our stay for our friend's bachelorette party was great! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it! The house is ideally located and is only 10 minutes' drive from nearby restaurants The host is responsive and was able to answer all our questions before we arrived. Benjamin, who took care of the check-in and check-out, was great too! We loved our weekend and highly recommend this accommodation that met our expectations.

We had a lovely stay! Since we drove overnight with two children, we were there early in the morning. That was no problem for Silvere. We were warmly welcomed. There was even water, milk and breakfast etc. available! Silvere explained everything to us very nicely. He was always available and accommodating! We could not have asked for a better host! The house is very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything is available and we felt very comfortable.

Needless to say more than PERFECT! The house is large, clean and very bright and the host is very kind and responsive . Special mention for the huge stay and the 10/10 pool….

Patrick's little house is quite exceptional. Nestled in the middle of the scrub, it is very nicely decorated and benefits from an idyllic and peaceful setting. Despite the heat of June, the house remains cool. The terrace is very pleasant at the end of the day. Patrick is very welcoming and very accommodating. The restaurant 2 minutes' walk from the house is delicious and with excellent service. We really had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

Very good welcome from Clementine, quick response. The accommodation is compliant and really ideal for a weekend or more! It is clean, very well arranged and close to everything you need to enjoy it without too much driving! We were delighted with our weekend.
