The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

This was our very first air BnB, I think it will be very difficult to come across better hosts than Béatrice and Olivier! They are kind! We had the chance to spend a bit of a day with Olivier with whom we went to sea, a moment out of time, discussions of laughter and especially a lot of sharing his knowledge about boats. Thank you again for the 2nd experience, it was amazing! Beatrice and Olivier are passionate people and invested in the well-being of their guests, everything you need is in the studio, the cleaning is perfect nothing to say, they give you all the information and flyers to make the most of their regions as well as a very good restaurant address. Thank you again for everything, it was really perfect, we'll be happy to come back!

We stayed in Agde for 3 nights and had a great stay at the property! The views and surroundings are beautiful. There are many apartments on the promenade, but you can still find a quiet place on the beach. The bus is only 3 minutes away on foot. The apartment is very lovingly furnished - we felt immediately comfortable. Caroline and Benoit sent us a very clear and professional guide in advance, which included everything from check-in to recommendations for activities. So we were able to prepare for the stay. We'll be back.

Isabelle is a very kind and very responsive host. The accommodation is close to the sea and the city center. The accommodation corresponds 100% to the description and photos. I recommend it.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Laurent's apartment. The place is very spacious and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights for me was the beautifully preserved old tiled floors. The amenities were excellent and everything was well thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. I wasn't only there on vacation – I also worked remotely during my stay – and the quiet apartment was an ideal environment for that as well. The location is also exceptional – right next to a lovely park, which in early June was filled with blooming and wonderfully fragrant linden trees. Laurent was an outstanding host – reliable, friendly, and very responsive. He provided helpful tips and local recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything about this experience was perfect, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Virg’s apartment is spacious, classically French, located on the outskirts of Béziers city centre, and has all the amenities you could need. We stayed here for a week and ate in a few times, plus did some laundry. It’s easy to park on the streets for free nearby. Virg was a fabulous host - she met us for check in and check out, sent us recommendations on where to eat, and responded very quickly to messages. She went above and beyond to overcome the English-French language barrier in-person, and also helped us out finding some lost property within the apartment building. Beziers is a great place to stay - lots to do and eat in the city, and you’re only a 30min drive to beaches and other attractions. We would happily come back to this part of France and would recommend Virg’s apartment to anyone else.

Philip was waiting for us at the bottom of the building. Free parking further away under solar panel. Philip and his wife are very welcoming and charming. They stayed in touch with us via text message. Clean home and perfect bedding. We were able to rest, the port is 2 steps away. No noise from the port. Very quiet place. Satisfied with our stay. Thank you for having such a nice place.

Great 4 day stay at the sea! Very good time, as there were not too many people, but most of the shops, activities and restaurants by the sea were open. Frédéric, the co-host, welcomed us very warmly! Myriam and Christophe gave us all the information we needed for our stay and answered any questions we had. The place has a great view, and the sound of the sea is so soothing. Everything was clean when we arrived! But if you don't like the sea or if you are very maniacal, it may not be for you: the sand is everywhere in the house, on the clothes, on the windows... But if like us, you are in love with the sea, you will pass largely above!! The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor, but as specified in the listing, your glutes will be firmed, especially after eating well at the restaurant. i treasure the address, thank you again for your hospitality and responsiveness!

Very well equipped accommodation, nothing missing, from linens to cooking utensils or media area everything is available. Air conditioning/heating is a plus as is the well-positioned terrace. Julien and Laetitia's place is very clean, spacious and perfectly arranged. We had a great time and would recommend. Will and Angelique.

One of the best airbnb during my travel time. Clean and tidy apartment. Safe and have privacy. The host is very responsive and friendly. Meanwhile, just few minutes to walk to the marina bay and plenty of restaurants and bars you can enjoy. Highly recommended. We would stay again definitely.

The apartment was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay! It was a very spacious apartment in a perfect location - right next to the food market with great breakfast and lunch options! Excellent stay in this beautiful, cozy and well-appointed apartment. Mohamed is very responsive and friendly. The big plus of the apartment is of course the jacuzzi, the sauna as well as the shower. The decor is done with a lot of taste, it's really awesome! We ate at a delicious restaurant called L'Orangerie 700m from the apartment, it was delicious, we recommend it! Vincent's apartment is very well decorated and the amenities are very good quality. Everything is modern and well thought out to make the stay of travelers easier. The guide written by Vincent is very appreciable and very useful for quickly finding useful information. the apartment is very well located, a stone's throw from the cathedral. You can see it through the window. It's a little harder to find a place. Despite its downtown location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The "negative" points that we could note, apart from the error on the rose petals option, concern the coffee maker that you did not manage to operate properly and the lack of towels to wipe your hands in the kitchen and toilets. It's just a detail, but it would be more practical. We had a great time in Avignon!

Had a very nice stay in the beautiful surroundings. The gîte remains nice and fresh. It was wonderfully quiet and you had everything you needed nearby. Very pleasant and nice communication with Laetitia who responded quickly and came up with nice tips and ideas for small activities in the area. Really enjoyed it.

Our stay was perfect. Cyprien always answered our questions, the accommodation is as in the photos and the cleanliness is perfect. The residence is very peaceful which was perfect for the weekend we spent there. You can go there without so much as a second thought
