Holiday rentals with lake access in Verchaix

Beautiful, comfortable chalet with gorgeous interiors. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious. We loved the sauna and the hot tub. The views from the chalet are wonderful and the position excellent. We woukd love to return.

Really nothing to say, very welcoming host, kind and who does not hesitate to share information to make the most of the city of Annecy, activities, restaurants...etc. The apartment was very clean, very quiet and we have everything we need. Thank you and see you soon.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Thank you to Carmel and Yves for your kindness, authenticity and kindness, your beautiful and peaceful accommodation allowed us to spend wonderful moments of friendship and ... with the beautiful weather we were able to enjoy a magnificent terrace with a magical view. we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

Annie’s place was perfect for our stay near Montreux! Bigger than I expected based on the photos, so it was nice to spread out with our group of 6. My kids loved the dart board and those views from the balconies can’t be beat. Annie was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Her little touches made for the best few days!

Our stay was a real enchanted break! You can't get tired of the view of the house. The setting is idyllic and the environment peaceful. The house has canoes that we had the chance to use in the middle of the sunset. We felt very good during our stay: clean and well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding.. the house is spacious, everyone has their own space. We highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return if we have a chance!

Beautiful little apartment, very well furnished and very clean. Located in the center of Moriond, 5 minutes from the cable car leading to the station. Parking right in front of the apartment and shops within walking distance. Very good prior contact with Marion and the concierge for check-in and checkout. Recommended!

Excellent stay at the "Cairn de Morillon". Clean apartment, very well equipped, warm atmosphere. Everything was perfect. Small pinch in the heart of not being able to use the hot tub!😂

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

I had a very pleasant weekend, the accommodation is impeccable, clean, tastefully decorated, the place is secure despite the road which is close… Claudine is welcoming and warm. The lake view is extraordinary.

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. We enjoyed staying in the bungalow very much, the location under the tall old trees is very relaxing - also the proximity to the lake was perfect. We felt comfortable and welcome. The nearby restaurant was also a delicious change to not having to cook. Thank you very much - we would be happy to come back.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.
