Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Verchaix

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

A beautifully remodeled home with attractive interior design. Modern appliances and bathrooms. Views of Lake Geneva and the Swiss countryside. Arranged on four stories, so you do get your stair climbing in, but you shouldn't be visiting this part of Switzerland if you can't do a little climbing. Large bedrooms with great beds. We couldn't have been happier there. There is a very narrow driveway leading up to the parking place that requires some careful outmaneuvering if you have a big car. It's no narrower than most of the public streets in the area of the nearby vineyards. We had what in the USA would be called a medium sized SUV and we still emerged scratch free. Claudia and her husband were very friendly and responsive and even had child-safety gates installed and provided lots of toys for our 1 1/2 year old granddaughter! Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

Sensational location, we couldn’t have hoped for more beautiful spot! Very peaceful and hardly anyone around, birds and the river is all you can hear. The house is truly charming, cosy Italian mountain house with everything you need, we even had campfires outside most evenings. Fantastic spot for daily hikes being directly on the Tour du Mt Blanc. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house but buses run there only in the summer season, at the end of May the last stop was Planpincieux but it is a lovely 25min walk. Tina was just lovely and very helpful, she was waiting for us on our arrival and explained everything and even got us some truly delicious cakes! Thank you so much for everything Tina, it’s been a truly magical week and we would love to be back! Joanna, Artur and Alex

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this renovated forest house with great taste and attention. Congratulations for the attention to detail given to every aspect of the decoration and layout. The living room with the piano is an extraordinary piece of rest. The house is not only beautiful and extremely comfortable, but it also offers from the terrace a breathtaking view of the still snowy mountain ranges. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a unique, authentic place with a breathtaking view. A big thank you to Eric and Dominique for this unforgettable experience!

Beautiful new and neat and clean apartment with a fantastic view of the mountains! The location was also great in a nice quaint village close to Chamonix and away from the crowd. Would love to go back!

I had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around. The host was incredibly hospitable and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions and ensuring that my stay was as smooth as possible. I truly felt at home. Very clean & spacious apartment. Quiet and peaceful. The view overlooks vineyards, a horse farm and Lake Geneva/Alps. We enjoyed watching several hawks coasting above the landscape our last morning. Very charming.

Very nice discovery! Welcoming host, available, very nice accommodation, well equipped, and with a great view from the terrace. Lots of things easily accessible - restaurant, hikes, supermarket, bakery... but come by car if you want to ski!

A quiet place to rest a little and wake up to the birds singing. We had breakfast, with local products, on the terrace that offers a beautiful view where the sun rises. Stéphane is available, friendly and makes himself available for every need. The house is equipped with everything you need. The garden is huge and fenced: our dog had a lot of fun in complete safety and also played with Stéphane's two little daughters. The sauna was the icing on the cake. Indeed, it was a good experience; we would return.

Accommodation to recommend. We came as a group of three for a weekend, while we already knew Thonon. The location is ideal for going along the edge of the lake or in the mountains and spending a peaceful vacation. Jérémy and Nina were also very responsive in responding to our small requests and allowing us to fully enjoy the accommodation. We would not hesitate to come back!

Beautiful house in beautiful location. Everything neat and clean. Spacious house with everything you need. A large garden with terrace and great views of the Mont Blanc massif. The car along the road is no problem, stuff is brought up by someone! Despite the fairly high price (which fits the location) absolutely a gem to book!

The mountain views from the apartment were amazing. It was a short 10m drive into the town center, restaurants and skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.

Very cosy cabin. It is very small but has everything you need including coffee, sugar and extra kitchen things. I would recommend the cabin for 2-3 days stay, not for longer vacation. I already knew the area and didn’t have a problem with it but bear in mind that there is a steep road just before the property. Make sure that you have the key code the day before as we had a small delay with it. Lovely cabin. Beautiful area and picturesque view from the veranda.

Everything was perfect, we had a wonderful time. Impossible to tire of this lake view and the calm of the place. Lovers of nature and tranquility, go for it! And the icing on the cake, the friendliness of Deanna and Antoine... In short, we recommend it 100% 😊

We had a lovely stay at Louis and Irina's place. The airbnb is very well equipped: the video projector is a real asset, the raclette machine, the speaker, the plaid, the dishes. The bright bathroom is superb too. Only small downside related to the large windows at the upstairs nets that do not have a curtain and woke us up in the morning with daylight. But that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay and wanting to come back! Very convenient to reach Annecy in 15 minutes drive. Louis and Irina are very responsive by message!
