the apartment is great, everything is as described, it has a wonderful balcony the master bedroom, closets, bathrooms, it's wonderful The living room and bedrooms are wonderful. The house has mini-split air conditioning throughout the house, so you will not be hot and will be comfortable. Recommendations for those traveling with a van or a transit in family as they are very high they do not fit in the garage and it is a problem to park outside because those of the concessionaire and the Audi car workshop occupy the space and in front of the house and even separate the place with their orange cones with the logo Other than that, everything is excellent, more than excellent, it's wonderful. thank you so much for allowing us to live that experience....

The space is clean, comfortable and well located. Communication with the host was consistent. I would not hesitate to occupy it again.

I had a great long stay in which I will be returning. I loved how vintage the aesthetics of furniture and place, really fitting of central Puebla, everything functioned well and I was very comfortable, plus it's very peaceful, no street or traffic noise. Paty and Miguel were really nice and friendly people, any recommendations of the city or anything I inquired about the place they were very responsive and helpful. Location is literally perfect for seeing the city and getting transport somewhere. It couldn't be anymore central. Very safe too.

A very nice place to rest and be in the family, if you can put instructions for the induction grill for the elderly, it's hard for them to understand, outside of that it is a place I would go back to.

I needed a place to focus on work for a week and this fit my needs. The apartment has a desk and a real office chair, and it’s within walking distance of a very good supermarket (Chedraui), restaurants and cafes. The on-site gym is minimal but adequate. The building common areas seem to be well maintained, except for a couple of broken washing machines in the laundry room. Regarding the apartment itself: the bathroom could benefit from renovation. The shower door is broken and allows water to escape, which has led to obvious wall damage. Despite this, however, the apartment was a good value.

The apartment is in a good area, super comfortable and elegant. I recommend it.

Beautiful apartment! Walkable and easy to access to stores and malls near by. Apartment has everything you need for your stay. The view of the city makes it formidable. Adriana is a quick-responsive host. I had a minor issue when checking in, but she was quick and very kind. I highly recommend this place if you’re working remotely.

It was a pleasant stay, the apartment has everything you need for your pleasant stay, bed and very comfortable sofa. I only agree with other guests with the heat theme in the room, it does not reach the air conditioning to cool sufficiently. If it doesn't affect you the heat I would say it's my ideal place in Puebla.

It's a super spacious apartment, each room had access to a bathroom which made the trip easier since there were 6 of us, the three bedrooms have air conditioning and although the living room did not have it, it has windows that provide very good ventilation, and our dog was super happy both inside and in the garden. We loved the location as it was not noisy despite being close to a large avenue, it has 2 parking spaces that were great for the number of people. They were attentive to us and any inconvenience or doubt was resolved with kindness.

I stayed almost 3 months at Ricardos place and loved everything about it. The location is perfect to get to both parts of Cholula. Also it's just 3 blocks from the main road to Puebla or Huejotzingo, so easy to get to the neighbor towns. Ricardo was the best possible host in all situations and helped with countless small things. The apartment itself with its roof top is sufficient for four people and super comfy for two.

The apartment is well located so that you can get around easily. Everything is within 10 to 15 minutes distance by taxi cab. Need to sleep in a quiet neighborhood? This is the spot you need! FYI, not for you if you're into spacious areas. The host is just like your nextdoor neighbor, you'll feel just like home. She made sure that the place was well cleaned, organized, and smelling good. If I were nitpicking I'd say the living room area will be too warm in the summer since there's no AC nor a ceiling fan. Other than that, Xalapa City is mostly a place where it rains or drizzles so you'll be fine most of the year. Bring an umbrella, trust me! All and all the place is just right for a relaxing stay.
