The place is a wonder for its location in the middle of the Coatepec fog forest. The place is very beautiful and the house has everything to feel more than comfortable with all the comforts and having nature just by opening the windows. The ideal place to unplug and reconnect, no doubt. Despite being in the middle of the forest, the house has several restaurants nearby and other leisure options. Lourdes was very responsive, friendly and always willing to offer us something more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My family and I loved the whole experience. Definitely a place to come back.

Highly recommended. The instructions regarding the location of the place were very clear, we had no problem with it. It is a suitable place to disconnect from the city and stress. We had the whole place to ourselves and it was perfect. Our dogs were able to explore freely. Mrs. Mary is very kind. The cleanliness was 10 out of 10 and the cabin was very cozy. The only bad thing was that it rained and we couldn't light the campfire (since the logs got wet). But we started watching movies on the tablet I brought since there was internet. It's a very nice place, we hope the next guests will continue to take care of it :) We will definitely return with our dogs, my boyfriend and I :D

From the time of booking until the last minute we were at Gis's property, she disappointed that everything was in order, we were very happy, very apapata by Gis and the people who collaborate with her, it's an excellent service, the facilities are super nice and everything extremely clean, the food they offer is delicious, a Gis person love, they don't hesitate and book it's a magical experience. The ex-hacienda is a great place to get away completely from city life, it has very nice places to walk and contemplate the afternoon. It also has the necessary amenities and ideal for a good rest. Rubén is a great host and his wife Cecilia is always attentive to what you need, she is also charming with children.

I would definitely come back, it was a completely nice and pleasant stay, everyone was always very friendly and made sure we felt comfortable, the pools in very good condition and all the installation was excellent for relaxing and having a great time!! The place is very nice and quiet. There were only 2 details, the first was that by having the reservation we already asked for instructions to arrive and they answered us even at night (since we were in the cabin) and they told us that they could not send us the address, fortunately there is a lot of signage on the way and we arrived without a problem. The second is that one of the beds felt uncomfortable, as if it was sunk, but the other bed was perfect. Outside the place is beautiful, clean, quiet and being able to walk in the forest is very relaxing. I don't know if in the other rooms they have, but a coffee maker would have been amazing. I would definitely return to this place.

Good facilities, however I was not fully pleased that some rooms were far from the sala and small table for the number of guests

The people who attended us were always attentive to our requests, we enjoyed the local food, they know a lot about vanilla and some medicinal plants, we live with nature and more.
