House holiday rentals in Ventura

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Nili is a superb hostess. We have what we needed in the house. The house was immaculately clean. Celebrated my son’s graduation and my visitors have high regards on how the place looks and the area was in a nice location. Stayed for 3 days and no problem was encountered.

We have been coming annually to this house and we have so much fun! Everything is so clean and just such a great stay! Would recommend and stay again!

Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

This was my second time staying in this home. We felt so familiar and comfortable. The hosts are beyond lovely and definitely go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and are comfortable.

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. We had a wonderful time staying here as our base location while visiting the Channel Islands National Park. The home itself is beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location minutes from everything we needed. It was also a great place to come back to after long days out and about. We highly recommend this home for any stay in Ventura!

Amazing location with amenities around. Great spot for walking and the beach is very close. Private fenced yard. Great stay for 2-4 people. Keep in mind driveway fits 1 1/2 cars. Garage is storage. Definitely going to stay again. Dog Friendly 👍

This place is a comfortable oasis surrounded by beautiful gardens and a generous outdoor patio. Inside felt like a real home, uncluttered but with nice furniture and decor, and a fully stocked kitchen, including an electric water kettle and Keurig. The bathroom had plenty of shelving and hooks for towels. There's AC/heat in the bedroom and living room. The neighborhood is really quiet, but in a good location. The front door has a lockable screen if you want to get airflow, and it's several steps up from ground level (in case that's an issue for you). The drive to San Buenaventura State Beach, downtown, and the historic Mission District is about 10 minutes. About 5 minutes to the 101. Would definitely stay here again!

Ann was a fantastic and sweet host, responsive answering my questions. She even brought over some gourmet chocolates when we checked in. And the unit was immaculate, the kitchen really well stocked (sorry we couldn’t stay longer and actually cook there!),many thoughtful touches in the bathroom, lots of extra towels and a really comfy queen bed. Lots of closet space in the bedroom. Lovely comfortable space all around!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and charming Airbnb! The location was perfect, tucked in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. We especially loved being just minutes away from the local farmers market, a great selection of restaurants, and some fantastic consignment and thrift stores. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi in the yard, it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

This place is awesome! Right on the beach, quiet at night perfect location for all beach activities. My son and I played volleyball right north of the place in Ventura and we also drove to East Beach in Santa Barbara (only 30 minutes) to play as well. The house on the beach was perfectly decorated and everything had some thought put into for efficiency and thoughtfulness. Daniel was a great host and had all the beach gear…. Highly recommend for a relaxing each vacation!

I adore Ventura and Lonni’s place was no different. It’s centrally located without feeling like you’re in the thick of it with very little traffic noise heard and virtually none when indoors. The house was adorable and had everything listed and needed for a great trip. The mattresses and bedding was incredible, I slept very well during my stay! I wish I had more time to spend in the backyard, the true star of this space. The garden is beautiful and it feels very private and secluded. I hope to stay again!

We loved the house! The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed the backyard and being able to have a view of the water. There were great restaurants nearby! I would definitely stay at this house again if it was available.

Gorgeous home and a really peaceful stay. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinners around the great big table in the sunroom, and relaxing amidst a million colors of flowers in the backyard. It's close enough to explore the marina and the beach, as well as downtown Ventura. Lots of thoughtful touches in every room of the space. You can tell it is taken care of and loved by it's owners and guests alike!

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

I've stayed at this AirBandB several times and plan to return. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Everything is in good working order. The beds are comfy. There is everything that you need to cook or bake. I especially enjoyed the midcentury modern sleek decorating style. Thanks Bob!

We absolutely loved this place! It was so relaxing to be right on the water, and to be able to hop in the hot tub on a cold morning :) The beds were incredibly comfortable and the primary bedroom felt like a luxury suite. The host and property manager are also lovely. Very kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Spectacular. Almost intellectual in its cultured ambience, with its high, uplifting beamed ceilings and the glass wall of light drawing focus to the inspirational view of the coastline, the sea with the channel island of Santa Cruz breaking up the horizon, and the sky. You can hear the waves at night above the peacefulness. The owner’s culinary sophistication is evident. Artful dishware, good cookware. The next time I go (and I definitely plan to!) I will use the rice cooker and prepare a meal. The best stocked pantry I have seen. We enjoyed the vinyl albums and turntable. We were comfortable with the tasteful furniture and bedding. We admired the light fixtures, houseplants, and interesting art and literature that surround you. Exquisite.

The property was amazing and very accommodating for our adult son who is in a wheelchair. Other than navigating a few steps to get into the house everything was ADA friendly including a roll in accessible shower in the master suite. The grandkids loved the backyard with plenty to do. Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!
