Apartment holiday rentals in Ventura

Had a great time at Stefania Place. The Apartment is very nice, new , with great amenities in the perfect location , close to everything.. Stefania was very responsive, making sure I’m enjoying my stay. The instructions for the check in were very detailed and easy. Will book again !

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben sehr zentral am Venice Beach und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Santa Monica Pier und dem Muscle Beach entfernt. Parken ist in näherer Umgebung gut möglich (wir haben immer einen kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Nähe der Westminster Ave mit unserem Pick-Up gefunden). Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin sowie der Check In & Check Out hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

We took our 17 year old son to LA for the first time. Staying in Brian’s place in Santa Monica was the perfect choice. It was just enough space, adorable little “neighborhood,” quick access to the beach and pier. So nice to come “home” here after a day of exploring. And Brian was an awesome host. He helped with questions about parking, renting a car, and anything else I needed to know. Super friendly! Glad we chose his place!

Our stay in Carpinteria was amazing! The host was very responsive and friendly. The location was absolutely perfect since we were one block from amazing beach with amazing sunrises and sunsets with a beautiful walk path. All the most amazing restaurants were in walkable distance or biking. There was also a grocery store nearby and coffee shops to choose from. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Bikes and other recreational equipment in the garage where very convenient. grill outside and fire pit were, our nighttime favorites since the nights get a little chilly. The views of the mountains and access to wine tour was also great. I would love to come back next time with my daughter.😊

Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves each night brought such peace and comfort — it was an experience we will always treasure. Melody’s kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations, like the easy walk to Nobu restaurant, made our stay even more special. It was the perfect couple’s getaway peaceful, romantic, and filled with special touches. We are so grateful for the chance to stay here and can’t wait to return. This is a great find for people that want to stay in or near West Hollywood. The listing was an exact match to what you actually get. Maggie was very quick to respond to any questions. The views from the apartment and rooftop were to die for! The space is excellent for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful place located around many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Just a quick uber ride to everywhere else in the city. The building and amenities were top tier. Will definitely return!

Was very close to the palladium where I attended a concert, got lucky with an overnight parking lot for $20. The room smelled amazing, the couch was comfy, the bathroom is huge with plenty of towels. It’s close to all the action in Hollywood! Would absolutely stay here again

Great spot, fantastic area

Great location, close to the beach and right next to a boardwalk salt marsh! It was a tight fit in the master bedroom with 2 suitcases, but everything was clean, comfortable, and even better than described. I hadn't realized the whole apartment complex is owned by them and are all Airbnbs, but that meant we didn't feel awkward about using the outside couches! They have a great courtyard with couches, a cool fire pit area at the front, and keep the outside looking nice. I especially appreciated the fact that my son accidentally left his airbuds at the apartment after we checked out and Elena called me to let me know they had been found. She has now mailed them to us, which feels like really good customer service!! I would definitely recommend staying at the Tropical Shores apartment complex!

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

The whole experience starting with meeting Nadia, her quick response, proactive and very helpful to Nadia's house and the experience of staying there , was just perfect. It felt like home . Everything is there, beautiful clean, peaceful and private. Thank you Nadia I hope to stay at your place again.

This studio was amazing!! It was so cute, all of the decor and thought that went into this space was chefs kiss! The location was amazing and the vibe was just right.

The flat is just like what you see from photos, it was clean, getting lots of light and view was amazing. It was really close to ocean and Pier. It was a great experience.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

Couldn’t ask for a better host during my stay. This being my 3rd stay at one of his locations, each one comes with very specific instructions and excellent hospitality. Highly highly recommended!!

Super clean which is very important to me! Place was spotless! Location was great! Cozy place! Rochelle was great at communicating! 👏🏻 There were some other guests on the top floor so you could hear them and their footsteps but other than that it was great! 🙂

Awesome place overlooking the marina and Vic is a friendly and responsive host. The bath is absolutely massive and the bed is really comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend some time in LA!

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

I had a great stay at Alisa’s place! She was super friendly, responsive, and helpful in her communications - including replying to my booking inquiry really fast which made the booking process very smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - and actually felt even more spacious in person - and everything was clean and just as described. The building had great facilities, especially the pool area. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely, right across the street from an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants, plus two grocery stores within walking distance. The marina was also nearby and made for a great evening walk. Very convenient access to LAX airport too. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay.
