Holiday rentals with a patio in Ventanicas-el Cantal

The apartment is nice and has spectacular light and views. It is also perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. A 10 for cleanliness. Luis and Antonio were attentive at all times. They answered our questions and offered us all kinds of suggestions. They were really helpful. We fell in love with the area and the house. We'll be back!

It is a very cozy house and everything that comes out in the photos has it. There is everything in the kitchen. The bathroom is large and super clean as was the rest of the rooms in the house. It has spectacular views. Daniel, he was super generous to us or to our pets. Te attends very quickly and very friendly. We also eat in their restaurant el Pikinini and es para go to eat daily. SPECTACULAR food!! Everything super well cooked, with quality products. We will definitely repeat again.

The accommodation is a 10 out of 10. On the beachfront and with an amazing view. The apartment is very large, it was very clean, very well equipped (kitchen with everything, air conditioning in all rooms, gel and shampoo). The terrace takes up the entire penthouse and has a large barbecue. Communication with the owners has always been very easy and fast. The truth is that you can't ask for more from a vacation apartment.

The apartment is on foot from San Jose beach. There are restaurants almost at the foot of the apartment and a coffee shop just down where we had a great breakfast. It is located in the center of the tourist area of San José and has a wonderful terrace where you can go out in the morning and give you a sun and great views. In the beach of San José it takes 5 minutes short because it is right next to the place. The apartment is very clean, with all the amenities. The coordination to get there was very good. Maria waited for us to give us the keys and the garage remote that was the most because we had no problem with parking. It is a very recommended apartment for those who are looking for comfort, tranquility, rest, beach and a little good food, ice cream shops, shops, etc. 100% recommended.

The Apartment was beautiful and right by the Beach. It was very clean and amazing Place! The Host was very forthcoming and gave recommendations for restaurants etc.

The apartment is modern, newly renovated, and immediately feels like home. It’s much more spacious than it appears in the photos, and the balcony is a true highlight. The space is beautifully set up and perfectly equipped for both short and long stays. The location is spot on — with a lovely café downstairs, and the beach and several restaurants just a five-minute walk away. Despite its central setting, the apartment remains wonderfully peaceful. We also appreciated the convenience of free parking directly on the street outside or by the harbour. Maribel was very flexible with check-in and check-out times, shared great tips about the area, and quickly answered any questions we had.

We travel my best friend, my pet and I and the truth has been rewarding, the apartment is as shown in the photos, nice views, and quiet neighborhood, I would repeat without a doubt! Pd: Very clean apartment to stand out! ☺️🫶🏻

Great place and quiet neighborhood. Apartment in a closed, intimate housing estate with a great swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment had everything you need for a successful stay. Great location as a starting point for visiting Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena or the Tabernas desert. Gabriel and Ana will take care of everything during your stay. You will receive valuable tips on what to see in the area and where you can eat well or watch the sunset. They put a lot of enthusiasm into what they do and you can see that it is not only their job but much more. It was important for us that the apartment provided amenities for our baby and everything we needed was provided on site. The pool is literally a few meters from the terrace. Very close to the beach and the sea, which is another advantage. Excellent value. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Staying with Gabriel and Ana deserves the highest possible rating. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

Exceptionally quiet place in nature with wonderful views from the terrace. Very nice house (everything there) with a high feel-good factor. Great for relaxing! Of course you need a car, but then many things (caves of Sorbas - an exceptional nature experience!) are close by.

We had a lovely week at Casa Bonita. Overall, the house is great and it is in a great location. The terrace has a beautiful view! It is the perfect spot to explore Almería and relax. On the whole, we had a positive experience and Carmen was available for questions.

Lovely house fitted with everything you could need. Lovely complex that felt private and secure. Very close to the beach. Short drive to Mojocar with lots of bars and restaurants. Had concerns about the location of the beach club and noise but it was actually quite nice having ambient music playing during the day. A little noisier at the weekend but fine. Internet connection really good. Looking forward to returning to Vera and would stay at the house again

The apartment is nice, and everything was very tidy and clean. It has a large terrace to enjoy in summer. The pool is fine, and my kids loved it. It's in a quiet area, so you can rest well. Domingo is very kind and recommended places to eat. We would definitely repeat.

We had a pleasant stay. Silvana welcomed us very warmly and accompanied us. The place is very pretty, quiet and good location. We strongly recommend!

The house fascinated us! Beautiful, with a cleanliness and a clean smell, forgive the repetition, fantastic. Comfortable, spacious, quiet and the pool, a highly valued and enjoyed gem😻 There's no lack of detail. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Loved our stay at Rodrigo's apartment. It was cosy and suited our needs with a nice little kitchen equipped with essential utensils, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring electric hob and a washing machine. Our host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The complex is a great stay for naturists, and is optional at and around the property but mandatory at the pool. Extremely well landscaped gardens as well as a great outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool. No poolside bar but the surroundings made it a wonderfully relaxing retreat with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a long sandy beach (parts of which cater for naturism), large supermarket, pharmacy, and several quiet bars and restaurants (great Indian a 5 min walk). No direct bus transfers or train from Almeria airport but we found Executive Airport Shuttles. Overall our stay was fantastic, highly recommend!

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!
