Family-friendly holiday rentals in Venice, Los Angeles

This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The pool is beautiful, and the host is truly exceptional. We really appreciated the warmth and comfort throughout our stay. Plus, there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Peter's home. The location was great for our needs. Peter was super helpful and attentive to our questions. The first night we walked to the Thai restaurant Otus nearby and had a fantastic meal. We loved having the extra bedroom in the annex. And the hot tub was heavenly. A big bonus for us . Loved the whole experience .

Great spot to stay, easy to get to and from LAX. Very quiet and peaceful and excellently appointed. We loved the hot tub and private garden space. Franco and Iris were very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic. This place feels like a home with all the things one needs to be comfortable. The yard and hot tub were great. The bonus was the in-tune piano! Our whole party voiced wishes to stay here again.

Logan was such a great host. He was very warm and welcoming and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The backyard is even nicer in person and we enjoyed this spending time with family out there. Would definitely recommend you stay here next time you’re in the area.

Hallgrim was a very gracious host. We were moving from another Airbnb & needed a place to stow our refrigerated food for 3 hours. He easily accommodated that & ultimately said we could just check in early. One caveat - be sure you understand the street parking protocol. It works but it can be tight, especially late at night. We always found a spot but you will need good parallel parking skills. The house is personal & eclectic & you will feel like you are staying at a good friend’s house. This is not the usual “just the basics” corporate Airbnb. It is a home. My daughter & I felt very comfortable staying here & would definitely book it again. The Canyon has a unique history. In addition to looking thru the beautiful coffee table book Hallgrim has left out for his guests to enjoy, you must watch Echo in the Canyon for an extended stroll through the musical history of this unique canyon. You’ll be singing Mamas and Papas songs on your way down to Lilly’s Cafe in no time!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Beautifully landscaped mountain house with rustic charm and an abundance of views and moments. Lynne is also very communicative and attentive. Dog friendly. Overall a delightful stay!

The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

Sandra was very easy to communicate with during the entire process. I had asked her for an early check in on short notice but she couldn’t accommodate, reasonably so, but was more than willing to offer a late check out without us having to ask. If we are ever in the area again we would for sure stay at her place!

the place was even better than the pictures, such a hidden gem oasis in the heart of Venice! Xioupong was so friendly and helpful, and everything from the decor to the yard made me feel right at home. Highly recommend the place for families. thanks Xioupong!

We loved staying at Teresa’s beach house. It is just a ~10 min walk to the beach and accessible to anything one might need. We are grateful to have such a nice stay that is also dog friendly. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future.

I had a great stay at Michael’s. I’m in town often and will definitely be coming back to his place. It’s an ideal location, very private and quiet and convenient to great restaurants, parks and shops. Excellent stay!

we arrived on Denise's doorstep hours after our house burned to the ground. her home was the most incredible warm, welcome environment for our time there. the ash from the fire was still falling outside but the beautifully well equipped house was cozy and felt like home. truly a sanctuary on a moment of chaos. her neighbors were wonderful as well. it is also in the best part of venice.

I had a wonderful stay peaceful, comfortable, and even better than expected. The space was just as described, if not more charming in person. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Clara and David’s home was everything I thought it would be and more! Loved the privacy and the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the space to anyone visiting LA!

The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Maggie was super responsive whenever we had a question. We felt right at home. We enjoyed the privacy and how safe we felt.

Such a lovely cottage with beautiful landscaping. Easy to get in and out. Quiet. Michael was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived. The welcome sign was a special touch!

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. These are really amazing hosts with beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an Airbnb in LA! Thank you again!

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

Deborah was an amazing host to deal with, very clear and accommodating. The house itself was a wonderful place in a great location so no complaints whatsoever. This home was perfect for a laid back trip; the pool and hot tub were super relaxing, the backyard super private, and the inside was very comfortable and cozy. Jorgen was a very responsive and polite host! No trouble with parking, finding the place, or check-in. Jorgen made the entire process seamless so we could focus on our vacation. I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate Jorgen for opening his beautiful home to us!
