Very nice place, the owner was very kind and responsive to us. Even though we made the reservation for the day of our arrival due to circumstances, he managed to clean the place in a few hours. It is not in the center, but with public transport it is quick without much walking. I recommend and I would come again!

This is a special place! When I booked this I had no idea how fantastic it would be. It’s a grand Italian villa with well kept flowering landscaping, winding paths, pool, grand main house and very comfortable accommodations. I highly recommend the dinner service; delicious regional food served on the lawn and the limoncello made from lemons grown on the property was a special treat. After dinner don’t miss the fireflies in the woods past the pool, they are magical. I also did not realize the host would be on site. He was very gracious and accommodating, from area recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to local travel and calling taxi’s for us. One night late we were stuck in Luca with no taxi service….he drove 20 minutes to pick us up!!! Ignacio is the perfect European gentleman. The Airbnb listing does not do this place justice you will be so pleasantly surprised if you stay here.

E' la seconda volta che alloggiamo in questa splendida casa. Arredamento stupendo, tranquillo ma in pieno centro. Sicuramente torneremo! Tutto perfetto. Gentilissima la signora Paola che abbiamo incontrato alla partenza.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole nella casa di Maria Grazia! L’appartamento è accogliente, pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi ma anche per raggiungere facilmente i punti di interesse della zona. Maria Grazia è stata un’host gentilissima e disponibile fin dal primo contatto. Ci ha accolti con grande calore e ha fatto in modo che non ci mancasse nulla durante tutta la permanenza. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e sereno. Torneremmo molto volentieri!

Our stay at Bruno’s place was amazing. Everything was clean tidy and the location is perfect. Bruno was very friendly and welcoming always answering any questions very quickly. Check in and out was flexible and easy.

Lucca was amazing, and we loved the apartment. It was just right and in a perfect location. It was very comfortable with amazing views of the city and clock tower. Lots of helpful information was available, and we could walk anywhere inside the walled center in just minutes. Our host Cristina was very nice and communicative. We would gladly stay there again. We definitely want to visit Lucca again in the future.

Die Wohnung war superschön, geräumig und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Spülmaschine, Nespresso-Maschine, Regenduschen. Dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein Badezimmer hat, ist geradezu luxeriös. Die Lage ist sensationell - 50 Meter zum Strand und fußläufig sind Geschäfte und Restaurants zu erreichen. Auch den Privatparkplatz haben wir sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Der Urlaub war rundum toll! Dario als Gastgeber war wunderbar, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen, sehr flexibel (wir konnten zum Beispiel schon früher in die Wohnung als eigentlich geplant). Wir haben uns durch ihn willkommen und wertgeschätzt gefühlt - besser geht's nicht.

Appartamento ben tenuto , pulito, ordinato e confortevole. Si trova innanzitutto zona di Viareggio periferica ma tranquilla e fornita di tutti i servizi (supermercato, farmacia, bar gelateria, lavasciuga ecc).La nostra Host Sara è stata gentile , disponibile e ci ha fornito le indicazioni necessarie per muoverci in tranquillità. Ha un posto auto chiuso che è una buona comodità. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamento superconsigliato.

This sunny apartment was a dream come true! Lucca is an absolutely beautiful place and the apartment is convenient to everything! We felt at home on the first day and our entire week was unforgettable. Vanessa is a gem and helped make our trip a 10!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Monika’s apartment. It is situated in a quiet, residential street, around ten minute’s walk from the old town - a perfect location to explore Lucca and the surrounding area. The apartment is a home from home and is extremely well equipped. The bedroom has air conditioning and there’s a fan in the living room which kept us comfortable. Monika communicated well, and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend.

My husband, 2.5 year old toddler, and myself (7 months pregnant) had the most wonderful stay at Chiara’s home in Viareggio. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to the beach and great fam friendly beach clubs, great restos, stores, cafes. The home is beautiful (as pictured), very clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay with a toddler— beach towels, an extra cot set up for our toddler, a diaper bin, a booster seat, sand toys. Kitchen was also well stocked with the basics for cooking, washing machine, and AC in the rooms. Moreover, Chiara was extremely accesible and responsive during our stay with instructions, local recommendations, including setting us up with a parking pass. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxed vacation for a family— plus easy/close driving to surrounding towns and sights! thank you Chiara for going above and beyond! Hope to come back soon.

Daniel‘s apartment was recently renovated and very centrally located to the old city of Luca it was an easy walk to parking and an easy entrance onto the wall to walk around the city of the highlight of our visit .

The apartment is spacious and well positioned. The kitchen was large, modern and well equiped. Comfortable beds, and lovely walk in showers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Antonella and Bianca were our hosts and both were very responsive. Bianca met us at check in. There was an issue clothes hangers and fans, but Bianca resolved the problem immediately. To write a well balanced review I would have to mention a couple of things that could be improved upon. 1. The apartment gets very warm and would benefit from air conditioning. 2. The second bedroom has no wardrobe and clothes hanging space which really is essential, especially when hosting 4 adults. Overall though a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Perfect stay! Location is amazing for exploring Cinque Terre! Elvira and Alain were great hosts, gave us lots of great local recommendations and were easily contactable throughout. The apartment was beautiful, super clean and had everything we needed!

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

Absolutely fantastic. Amazing host! They were so kind and generous to our family. Firstly the met us when we arrived. Next we went into the apartment and they had thoughtfully left snacks and drinks for our kids. It was a surprise ! The apartment itself was enormous and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The location was a very short walk to the train station as well as excellent proximity to restaurants and shops. This was by far the nicest Airbnb we stayed at during our 2 week trip to France / Italy. Could not say enough things about an our hosts or the apartment.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Francescas wunderschönem, idyllischen Häuschen umgeben von Wald. Francesca ist eine supernette Gastgeberin mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zu Aktivitäten oder Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben, eigentlich noch viel, viel besser. ☺️ Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Anna's place is spectacular and prob the best Airbnb we've stayed at - the views from the apartment are insane, the rooftop deck is huge and from my vantage point some of the best in all of Cinque Terre, not just Manarola. We ended up liking Manarola the best of all the towns and Anna did a great job communicating with us the entire time. A couple of notes - the first is that there is a way down to the water that doesn't require you going all the way back down Belvedere but using steps that are closer to the apartment. The second is that for a while I couldn't find the AC in the living room, but its in the ceiling right between the bedroom and the bathroom, you might have to walk over to it and point the remote at it to get it to turn on properly!

If you are looking for a calm space in the middle of the nature this place is the perfect one for you!! We’ve enjoyed every second of it, it was exactly how it looked like on the photos and Pino is the perfect host :) we would definitely come again!!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte mit vier Personen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen. Leider war das Wasser im Pool gekippt und somit nicht nutzbar, was natürlich schade war, da wir uns darauf gefreut hatten. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und bemüht zu helfen, aber leider konnte das Problem in der kurzen Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr behoben werden. Insgesamt dennoch ein schönes Haus, mit Potenzial für einen perfekten Aufenthalt – wenn der Pool wieder in Ordnung ist.
