Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Varmland County

It was a beautiful house on an amazing location. Because we arrived in the dark, the path was a bit difficult to find, but the explanation helped a lot. We really enjoyed the house and the area.

If I could, I would give the cottage 6 stars! Super clean, very cozily furnished, full of comforts, luxury and quality and beds made with care on arrival. Beautiful view, nice garden. The only small downside was that there was quite a lot of (freight)traffic across the road past the house, but you don't hear much about that inside. Very friendly host and pleasant and fast communication. I highly recommend this cottage to everyone!

Lovely cottage. Located on a quiet road and on a lake. Everything was present! And the beds are very comfortable. The shower was also wonderful. Fun activities to do nearby. And don't be alarmed by the train tracks. You won't be bothered by this!

Beautiful spacious house, beautiful garden, for children a lot of toys both inside and outside. Our son has been able to have a good time with it. Beautiful spacious kitchen. Great bedrooms, air conditioning available. Location very private and quiet. House could be a little cleaner, but that is perhaps personal. Communication with Liselotte went smoothly.

We had fantastic days with the family in the area around Sunne. Lisas accommodation has everything, charm, amenities and everything we needed was available. Great accommodation!

Istvan is a super nice host who made us feel right at home from the start. He even alerted us when there was a chance of seeing the northern lights which we actually did! The apartment is warm and cosy -- just what we needed at -12 degrees outside. It's best suited for 3 people but can host up to 5 with two people sleeping on the expandable couch. The township of Osebol is located an easy 30-minute drive from both Hovfjället and Branäs which was ideal for us as we wanted to explore both skiing resorts. An unexpected surprise was the ski rental shop just outside Osebol which has great gear at a very good price.

Amazing view, very new and clean apartment and everything you need is available at the house. I was extremely happy to stay there and have already booked my next visit :)

A good stop on the way from Stockholm to Norway. There is space for many people. In the kitchen, we found everything we needed for a one-night stay. There is space to park the car in the yard. Playground for children nearby, our children enjoyed it very much. Årjängi's center with shops is nearby. If we were to travel again from Stockholm to Southern Norway, we would probably stay here again.

I recommend this accommodation! The host is very friendly, you have privacy and the apartment is very clean and spacious. You have an ika 2 minutes away. We will definitely come back.

We had a very nice time in Lina's place. The apartment was very nice and equipped with everything you might might need. Lina was always available and responded quickly and easily. We felt very comfortable there. The location was very nice. All around meadows and greenery and very quiet. We will be happy to come back.

Comfortable house with relatively undisturbed location, despite neighbors next door. Felt private and reasonably protected from view. Lovely view of Lake Vänern and large plot. Very windy straight into the plot from the lake. Surely refreshing and pleasant in the middle of summer, but in May it was sometimes too cold, despite wind protection and several outdoor areas. Nice that bed linen and towels were available and great that a boat with outboard motor was included. Large plot with space for car with trailer. Clear, detailed instructions, house rules and information, but only in English. Pleasant host and helpful who responded quickly and even provided us with info. We are very pleased and can imagine returning

This was our fourth stay at the lake house and it was wonderful as always. We just love the quiet, the nature and the wonderful location of this beautiful house. Anneli and Stig are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time and hopefully will be back!

Such a beautiful, private and peaceful property. The view of the lake is just stunning. We had a wonderful time relaxing, exploring the lake on the boat, having bbq’s and enjoying the sauna. The property was spotlessly clean and well presented. It feels like new. Joacim was super responsive, helpful and a very nice guy - you couldn’t ask for a better host. We will most definitely be back!

What a fantastic house Stefan rents out. I knew we would feel at home during the extensive tour. The house is very quiet, but amenities are very close. The house is very spacious, the new terrace at the back is wonderful and we also sat on the terrace at the front. The bathroom is comfortable, the bed sleeps well and the sofas are excellent. The house is also very suitable as a base for activities in nature. In short, during our road trip through Sweden, this has been our favorite stay so far. Too bad we could only stay 3 nights. We would like to come back one day to stay longer.

A house with history that is beautifully renovated. Very idyllically located in nature. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility.

Spacious house with lots of charm. The house is well equipped & we lacked nothing. Quietly located, only the train can be heard sometimes. Shopping, the Berget cultural center and the Sveafallen nature reserve are within walking distance. For a slightly longer period of time, absolutely a dream & there are many beautiful places in the house that invite you to linger. Elisabet is very accommodating & if we had any questions, we received a response within a quarter of an hour at the latest. Should we need a larger accommodation again, we will be happy to come back.
