Ideally located with large outdoor heated swimming pool, accessible free of charge in summer. The residence is at the foot of the slopes. All shops within walking distance of the accommodation: convenience store ,ESF, bakery, daycare, restaurants, pizzeria, equipment rental... Very nice hiking tours from the apartment.

Wood stove with logs available. 10 min drive to the small family resort of Col de Marcieu. 40 minutes from 7 Laux.

Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes). ⚠️⚠️⚠️Attention travaux façade Mai à Octobre donc pas d’acces au balcon ⚠️⚠️⚠️

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a double room in a "cabin" spirit, and a second twin bed, in a "forest" spirit. The second bedroom can be made to a double on request. The main room, kitchen/living room and its electric fireplace will welcome you after a day of walking, skiing, or discovery. Access to the apartment is by a metal staircase, accommodation not.
