Incredible house in and incredible location with an incredible host. The house was immaculate and very clean, we felt right at home. Sarah made the whole experience for all guests very memorable, comfortable, and heartwarming. We couldn’t say enough about the house, the stay, or the host. Highly recommend for your stay in Durango!

Our stay at Jamie’s house was wonderful! Jamie is an excellent host and the house is located in a lovely neighborhood with mountain views from the front balcony and deer in the backyard! We stayed at Jamie’s place for our wedding weekend and our friends and family loved to spend time in the house relaxing after activities during the day. I highly recommend this beautiful home and will stay here again next time we are in Durango.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly comfortable and well-stocked with everything (and more!) you could possibly need. The views were absolutely beautiful—so peaceful and scenic. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay again!

The home was beautiful and worked so well for our group of 8. We had 3 families and all felt like we each had enough space. The kitchen had seasonings, foil, plastic wrap, baggies - all SO helpful when coming in to cook the first night (and stores were already closed). We appreciated those extras so much. Blankets were cozy, rooms were nice, games available for us to play - hosts were responsive and helpful! It was fun being there the weekend of the bike race that came right in front of the house! Awesome to have amenities at Purgatory available for us if we wanted to use them. BEAUTIFUL area! Highly recommend staying here!

My mother and I enjoyed staying at this private, quiet, and conveniently located condo in Pagosa Springs. Great amenities including a washer and dryer, and both bedrooms were very comfortable. The home had a well-equipped kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, and much more! The only drawback was that the WiFi internet was down the entire trip. Not a fault of the hosts, who were responsive and proactive as the situation was beyond their control. I would recommend considering a new internet provider if available as Zito is negatively reviewed in the area or providing access to a hotspot in case of outages.

My family and I had a great stay at Jeff’s house in Pagosa Springs. The location is ideal for trips into the mountains for outdoor adventures and trips into town to enjoy the hot springs and restaurants. We woke every morning to plentiful mountain sunlight, fresh air and deer passing by through the trees. Very quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to returning again sometime.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful mountain getaway. Great deck to eat meals outside and enjoy a fire among the trees and local marmots running around.

What a tremendous place to stay! Incredible views, amazing setup of the pool/hot tub room, fantastic games, plenty of room, and rich history. The town of Durango also has plenty of great attractions, especially the railroad museum. We were a bit disappointed that some of the beds were queen-size instead of the described king-size beds as we are quite tall, and a few of the shower heads did not work. The local hosts were wonderfully responsive and polite, though messaging them outside of the AirBnB app felt a little unusual to me. Despite that, though, we made lifetime memories and were so grateful for a chance to stay here. Five stars for sure!

This was the perfect place for multiple couples to stay! We all has our own suites and privacy while still enjoying time together in the spacious living room.

We stayed for 5 nights and there is a lot to do in the vicinity and the grounds. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the pools. The host was friendly, thorough and helpful. All four of us would recommend this place!

I had SUCH a wonderful stay at James and Kims' lovely cabin. It was adorable and comfortable. Close enough to town to easily pop in for groceries and such but still had that wonderful "away from it all" feeling. The cabin is located on a beautiful property with a gorgeous stream running right behind it and beautiful views of the mountains all around. James and Kim were extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. Can't recommend this place enough!

Marianne and Gary are friendly and sweet! The place is so peaceful and lovely. Our first night was wonderful! We wished we could have stayed longer, but the snow continued to fall. We definitely plan to return, probably by spring or fall. Highly recommended.

Penny’s home was amazing! It was perfect for our family of seven, very spacious and clean. Any questions that we had were promptly addressed and answered. There is a guide provided in the home, filled with restaurants, breweries & activities around Bayfield and Durango. Which was nice for those who did not have the Airbnb app! We were also provided with chopped wood, fire starter and a lighter for the fireplace. It was definitely needed and much appreciated! The location is perfect and the scenery.. beautiful! We’ve never truly experienced such peace and quiet, like we did here. This was our family’s’ first Airbnb experience and they were very happy with Redbone Ridge. The main comment was how ‘at home’ it felt. We will definitely return to Redbone Ridge in the future! Thank you, Penny & Chuck for a great stay 🫶🏼

Our family of four truly enjoyed our time at Joe’s place. We could not have asked for a better place to come back to after a day of skiing. The house had absolutely everything that we needed, was clean, and very comfortable.

I have never cried walking into an airbnb with how utterly perfect it felt until this one. Staying here is more than just a shelter it feeds your soul, inspires creativity, and provides positivity through its thoughtful design and natural landscape. From painting on the patio, to cooking kitchen, to self care with the sauna this place cured my crisis. I barely left the property and experienced pagosa springs because I was so obsessed with what the house already offered. Laura and Peter were simply amazing, super responsive and sweet. They even came to my rescue in a time of need :) This was my absolute dream getaway and anyone thinking to book-pull the trigger because you will have more regret if you don't get the healing powers of this mountain oasis provides.

John was quite helpful during the whole process. Althea's Cabin was perfectly clean and located directly adjacent to Castle Rock Peak via Elbert Creek Trail, which makes for excellent hiking. The electric fireplace was a very nice touch, and the tankless water heater meant there was never a fear of a freezing shower. All appliances were in great condition and the property was clean and safe. The Olde Schoolhouse across the street had great pizza also. I would stay there again, as this is a great place to relax just outside Durango near the San Juan National Forest.
