The bedroom is furnished with a comfy king size bed. The living room has a couch and twin pullout with a contemporary electric see-though fireplace. The deck is a great to enjoy your complimentary continental breakfast or hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen also has views of the lake. During winter months, an AWD or 4WD is recommended.

The full-size pull-out couch on the first floor accommodates 2 children under 12,$35 fee, 1/2bath. Dine under the covered decks or unwind indoors by the cozy fire. Dog :)

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

Just 18 miles from Durango at the north end of Lake Vallecito, this cozy A-Frame is sweet to wake up in with the amazing views of the tall pines & deer. Grimes Creek runs behind it during spring and early summer. The creek is great for digging up worms for fishing or collecting in your bucket! Gaze at the Milky Way and roast s’mores! The Keva contains washer, dryer, chairs, bikes & hammocks. Volleyball also available.

Sundance Studio

Stay for work or relaxation in this unique and charming studio filled with custom furniture and cozy amenities. Just 18 min drive to downtown Durango and 8 minutes to the closest coffee shop!

Lakeside Haven

Welcome to our little slice of heaven. The apartment is above our detached garage and accessed through a separate private entrance. We've equipped it with everything you might need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The neighborhood offers a lake (with a walking trail) right across the street, National Forest access, and wildlife (deer, turkeys, the occasional bear). We do live onsite and are here should you have questions or need recommendations.

With access to world class trout fishing along two and a half miles of private access to some of the best fishing Southwest Colorado has to offer. When not fishing head into Durango and check out one of the many sites and attractions the area has to offer.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the little town of Bayfield, CO and close to all the activities that Southwest Colorado has to offer. This guest studio is surrounded by tall Ponderosa Pines. The deer love to hang out in the shade of the oak brush during the day. There is a front/back porch to enjoy Colorado sun with your own private hot tub (included in the price). Sorry, no pets!
