Very nice apartment, not large but very efficient... Close to the beach, 5 min walk. The parking lot was a lifesaver. We were satisfied.

Remy was an excellent host. He contacted us before our trip and checked in regularly during our stay. He answered our questions promptly and had great local knowledge about things to do and places to eat. The apartment was lovely, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. It was wonderful to relax and enjoy the tranquility.

Gianmarco is a friendly and always available host! The apartment has a very central location to reach the village and the beach on foot. Facility and house as described in the listing and very neat and clean. Underground parking for arrivals by car or parking bicycles is very practical.

We had a wonderful stay at Matthieu’s apartment! 🏡✨ The place was spotless, stylish and exactly as described — even better in person. The view is stunning and the location is perfect to explore Beausoleil and Monte-Carlo. Matthieu was a great host: responsive, kind and truly welcoming. Communication was smooth and check-in/check-out were super easy. Highly recommended! We’re already planning to come back soon. 🙌🏼

Great accommodation, in the middle of the city, numerous restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. Still had very quiet nights. The perfect accommodation to experience Sanremo. Very nice host!

We stayed in the accommodation for 2 nights and were very satisfied. As described, very nice location with wonderful view of the sea. Located at the end of the street and therefore very quiet, but with a 5-minute walk, the cafes etc. on the beach promenade can be reached.

Eva's accommodation in Dolceacqua was a pleasant surprise. Among the narrow streets and stairways of the village, the small but well-organized, carefully furnished and very clean apartment welcomed us for our short stay. We did not meet Eva personally, but she still provided us with all the necessary information and an effective video on how to reach the apartment on foot. He suggested a great place to dine in the area and finally the possibility of having breakfast in his lovely bar in the center. Short but really nice stay. The village is very charming and evocative. I definitely recommend staying in Eva's apartment!!

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

We had a fantastic time at this place! From the first moment, we felt at home – everything was very lovingly furnished and exactly as described. Communication with Laurent was excellent: fast, warm and uncomplicated. A big thank you for the all-round successful stay! We will be happy to come back.

Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

We loved our stay at Nina’s place in Cap D’ail. I had a last minute cancellation with another airbnb and booked very last minute with Nina- she was so quick to respond and so helpful to get us into her place. The view was gorgeous and it was very clean. She clearly has attention to every detail and made it a very special stay. There were chocolates, wine, and a hand written note upon our arrival. She also has very clear instructions for how to get in. Would love to stay again in the future!

Great place for a family. Walking distance to restaurants and shops- as well as the sea. Balcony is a great feature. We were very pleased.

The accommodation is comfortable and ideally located, bordering Menton. From the balcony, the sea view is very nice. Roméo and Alice are very pleasant, responsive and very attentive to the well-being of their tenants. I can only recommend it!

Excellent loft in the very center of the city, but with large suitcases it is better not to check in here, because the stairs to the 5th floor are huge But the location of the apartment is very good, the owner was always in touch

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.
