Perfect for what you need as a home from home. Very well equipped apartment had everything you’d need. Views are lovely. Can walk into town in 5-10 mins, if you’re not a big fan of steps or hills I’d recommend driving into town instead. Plenty of places to eat down at the harbour. Felt like we had the pool to ourselves as never saw anyone else in there! Check in was easy, instructions to find property were straight forward and found it on the first attempt.

Excellent stay in Jose's apartment... amazing place in front of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The view from the apartment was fantastic. Highly recommended. Jose, a genius who was always available... the manga was a great discovery...

Apartment exactly as described. Spotless and clean. Everything you need for your stay. Was in lovely gated complex with excellent pool and sunbeds. Beach across road,with 4 beach bars! In a quiet neighbourhood with 20 or so bars/ restaurants within 25 mins walk. The bus to Alicante city,Santa Pola,Gran Alicant, Airport just out on road. The host Ruben is just amazing...he meets you at the gate,checks you in,and even took us to the 3 large supermarkets for heavy shopping! We had small problems, and he sorted them out within the hour. This service means a lot that he is available to reach easy. We were so relaxed it was hard to leave, but we will be back for sure. 100% recommend.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

the place is mesmerizing. it's in the middle of mountains and pretty remote, however within just 15 minutes ride you can find villages La Izohia (also beautiful, by the way) and Isla Plana with supermarkets and restaurants. the nature around is also amazing, be sure to drive/hike around it. the apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and hosts even left me things for breakfast. i visited early March, so it was pretty cold outside, however the heating in the apartment worked very well - appreciated it. easy to find - just follow google maps location ("Ecoturismo Cabo Tiñoso"). i really want to come back some time to have longer holidays here 💚

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!
