Diego and Alexa are fantastic hosts! Their place was exactly what we needed and we loved the decor. We felt right at home. It was extremely hot outside so we were glad to have working AC in the bedroom. WiFi service worked well too. It’s centrally located and we felt safe walking at night. The main reason why we chose this stay was the proximity to Chichen Itza. Alexa helped us with booking a tour which saved us a ton of planning. I highly recommend staying here if you find yourself Valladolid.

Everything is very good, cleanliness, attention from Leticia, location, everything is excellent, nothing more a detail with the TV, but everything is fine.

Accommodation, which meets everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days, a/c in the rooms and the living room. The pool is a plus to cool off after a great day of exploring archaeological sites. Priscila is always on the lookout. And with great recommendations for places to visit.

Great place to stay. Big comfy beds, really nice bed linens. The AC in the bedrooms are really good, but the living room only has a fan, so it wasn't as chill and nice. The kitchen is not big, but enough for basic cooking. we stayes for 3 nights with kids, and it was really good.

Valladolid is a lovely city and this location puts you close to downtown but still peaceful and quiet. The pool outside and fans on the covered porch gave welcome relief from the heat after touring the area. It was a lovely oasis in the city.

This was a great place! Comfortable, quiet and well done home. The location is great as well. Walkable to centro and many great sights and restaurants.

Excellent option to stay in Valladolid, the location is unbeatable, the place is quiet, quiet, easy access, very close to the center and areas of interest. The place is comfortable, clean, with all you need for a good stay. The bed is very comfortable and of good size, all the amenities make you enjoy your stay. We liked the place so much that we decided to stay one more night in Valladolid. Imely is always attentive and answering any questions, she gave us very good options to eat.

Carlos place doesn’t have a sign or number outside and the streets are not so clear, but he the map that he send and that he was in contact all the time make it easy to reach, he is súper friendly, it’s a great hidden place on the south west part of Valladolid, quiet zone, quite small but private pool and garden, great place

What an amazing place to stay! Our family of 7 enjoyed it here. Very friendly host. Upon arrival there was a handwritten note, cookies and a bottle of wine. Within walking distance to the center and lots of good eateries. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

It was all very clean and nicely decorated. The apartment is really great. Mario and Jesus took very good care of us and we were even able to get into the apartment a little earlier. A small flaw is that it is a bit noisy/echoing. But we often found that on our trip to Mexico. We highly recommend the place!
