Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Valladolid

Mauricio is a kind and thoughtful host! He went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had a comfortable stay. The place is very clean! Imagine our surprise when we found out it was just 2 blocks from our favorite restaurant! If you love to walk you will never need a taxi because it’s less than 1/2 mile to just about everything in town. We had such a lovely time. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Perfect! We were delighted, it's divine, comfortable, super spacious, the patio is great, everything is perfect, if we come back! My mom is a bit exaggerated and couldn't stand the heat of the kitchen and the outside areas that don't have air, but everyone else had a blast. 🤍

It is a beautiful and relatively secluded place to spend pleasant time. If you have the opportunity to be here, take advantage of it, Karina is a good host and offers a quality stay 🤗

Great place to stay. Big comfy beds, really nice bed linens. The AC in the bedrooms are really good, but the living room only has a fan, so it wasn't as chill and nice. The kitchen is not big, but enough for basic cooking. we stayes for 3 nights with kids, and it was really good.

The house exceeded our expectations. We were 3 couples and both the rooms with their respective bathrooms and the common spaces were very comfortable. The location is also remarkable, although we had a car, the house is 10 blocks from downtown and 3 blocks from the municipal market. There are Oxxo stores and open shops where you can find everything. It was an excellent starting point to visit Chichen-Itzá and the cenotes, as they are just under 1 hour away by car. I recommend the place and would book it again. The host left shampoo, soaps, water, sweets, details that are to stand out and we did not need to buy anything at check-in. Thank you very much Cesar!

It is a nice private and well located place, it allows you to go to various places without going through the center of Valladolid, an excellent option for those looking to explore nearby areas.

The house was perfect for a few days of vacation in the area. The house was big enough for our group, clean and had everything we needed to cook, shower, etc. The pool and the outdoor space were a very nice plus after a day spent outside under the heat.

It is a perfectly located loft, super quiet and safe, I really recommend it if what you are looking for is a central area to tour the tourist of Valladolid

We had a great time in Valladolid and loved the charming city. Great cafes, restaurants and small boutiques were in walking distance, so we could leave our car at the property. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Loved it, I felt right at home. If I go back to Valladolid, of course I will stay there again. I felt warm to Audrey and Alberto as if we were family. A very comfortable place

What an amazing place to stay! Our family of 7 enjoyed it here. Very friendly host. Upon arrival there was a handwritten note, cookies and a bottle of wine. Within walking distance to the center and lots of good eateries. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I stayed four days, everything quiet clean, the parking, the trees😍 the reception and goodbye in clear order and explanation, on returning it would always be my stay!!!

Great location, the room was clean, there were no bad smells, everything worked perfectly and the best thing was that we could sleep, we didn't hear any noise despite being close to the center, if you're lucky, you can park right outside. We loved it and of course we'll be back.

The unit was clean. The beds were comfortable. The Air-conditioning worked fantastically. We always had hot water during our stay (low water pressure but that's just Mexico). The area was quite (no loud cars or motorbikes and no barking dogs). And the curtains blocked out all the light. We had the best sleeps here out of all the places we stayed in Mexico 👌🏼 The place is a 10-15min walk from the centre of town and ADO bus stop. Adrian was prompt in responding to our messages and helpful.

Great location!Good for a short stay 🏠 But be aware that there may be more mosquitos, and you need to bring your own toilet paper.

The attention was good, she was always attentive and quickly cleared up her doubts.

the very nice place full of vegetation you feel at home, Mrs. Alejandrina very kind gave us recommendations on what and where to eat since we had been for limited time, warned us of the activities that would be carried out in the village we would definitely stay in this place again.
