Apartment holiday rentals in Valencia

The apartment so good and the location is soo good just transportation was difficult to go to Valencia city but because they renew and change the bus stations The apartment is exactly like photos and equipment more than you think Even chairs and umbrella for the beach Maria is really professional.

Clean accommodation and perfect location, with a bedroom and a sofa bed. It is a 10-minute walk from Gulliver Park and close to the metro line 10 that leads to the City of Science and the Oceanographic Institute, just 2 stops away. Three stops along the line will take you to the Nord station and Plaza de Toros, where the historic center begins. For the sea or other more distant places, we preferred to use Cobify or Uber given the convenient cost. The owner is very kind, very responsive and helpful, doing everything possible to deliver the house to us before check-in, having two small children. I absolutely recommend it!

Pedro’s flat was great. The location couldn’t be better. You’re surrounded by bars and restaurants and a nice supermarket literally a couple of doors down from the building. Also the historic center and the beach are 15 minutes away. The place is exactly how you see in the pictures. The air conditioner works great and the beds were comfortable. We only wished we had an extra pillow.There was only one pillow per person. But that’s just me being picky. Pedro communicated well with me and was very helpful. We will return and highly recommend his place.

We had a great stay, great view and peaceful place. Need a car to get around. Pool is perfect and apartment is very well equipped.

We were there for my nephews wedding. Wifried's condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. He meet us at checkin and at check out. Absolutely beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Will definitely be back.

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

The place was very comfortable for my family. He provided alot of items to make it feel more like a home. It was also very convenient as it close to the metro. Tomas is also very friendly and accomodating.

It was a long stay (23 days). Apartments in good condition, they match the photos and description. The area is very quiet. Pepe is very friendly and communicates very quickly if you need anything. We will definitely rent the apartments again.

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of the city. You can quickly reach the park or the cathedral. The apartment was also large enough for three people. We would also try to book the apartment again on our next visit.

A very nice apartment in a great, central location in the old town of Valencia. The host was very communicative and provided a huge amount of useful in advance of arrival. Check in and check out were not very easy, and the apartment included all the facilities we could need.

I loved this apartment and Valencia. Lola is a wonderful host. The ground floor apartment is on a busy street, but it is very quiet inside. High ceilings, wide doorways, and minimalist decor make the space feel open and relaxing. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the Arts and Sciences district in one direction or to the beach in another. Great cafe and restaurant next door, as well as a bicycle shop to rent a bike. València is very bike friendly. 20 minute ride to city center. Can’t wait to go back.

Marta's place is amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is spectacular, the Albufera and the sea just a few steps. The community pool was clean and comfortable as well. Great local spots, reataurants, merkats, bike rental, pharmacy, everything you need for a great vacay! Marta is an extremely kind& responsive host.

Everything is exactly as advertised. The accommodation is very close to the beach and the pools were good. A pool was perfect for our one-year-old and four-year-old. Nice and large balcony with sea view and high chair (which is important for us). Well-equipped kitchen and both washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is good space to hang the laundry on a separate balcony.

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

Belen was the best host!! She made sure she was available to welcome us and to show us around her place. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for what to do in the area and how to get to Valencia downtown area. I would definitely recommend staying at her home!!

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.

Our flight was delayed by 45 mins. We communicated with host about this due to needing to meet someone to collect keys. She told us that there was a fee of €25 if we were arriving later than 10pm. We managed to arrive just before 10pm but were still charged the €25. Little disappointed with this but overall a great experience. Lovely apartment with good facilities and nice beds. Very clean and child friendly.
