The location is very good. Close to restaurant, the marina and public transport. A few meters away from train station for easy travels along the Cote d'Azur. The host, Kevin, was always reachable and helpful and very attentive. The apartment was excellent with a fantastic rooftop pool that made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was very nice, perfect for 4 guests. We will definitely select this host and apartment for our next visit.

A literal palace, they’ve thought of everything. We never wanted to leave Cannes! A luxe experience.

This was our second stay at Florence's apartment - for a good reason as its just right. It was perfect for us, as a couple, visiting friends in the area. The balcony has a lovely sunny aspect to sit and relax. For those not keen on driving, there is a good bus service with the stops right outside. The number 10 bus runs up to Valbonne village (well worth a visit) and down to the centre of Antibes in the other direction. Highly recommend.

Pleasant accommodation, very clean and perfectly maintained. We particularly appreciated the private parking space with closed box: a real plus! Our BMW iX1 enters it without a problem, as long as you are comfortable with the maneuvers. Another significant advantage: the charging station located at the foot of the building, very convenient for electric vehicles, even if the area is already well equipped with terminals. On the amenities side, everything is nearby: a tapas restaurant open at noon, another in the evening, as well as a small U supermarket ideal for side shopping. Note: Street parking is in the blue zone, so limited. Finally, the balcony overlooks a small road leading to the listing and currently faces a building under construction, which can slightly impact tranquility depending on the time of day. That said, this does not call into question the overall quality of the stay.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the local train station, which made getting around the French Riviera incredibly easy. The area felt very safe and the view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. It’s also close to all the best spots along the coast, so whether you’re heading to Monaco, Cannes, or Èze, everything is within reach. The place itself was clean and well-kept — exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect location within walking distance of Valbonne center—great for families and kids! Spacious, luxurious apartment with a sauna, comfy beds, and a private terrace. Beautiful pool and garden. Fantastic hosts, smooth check-in and check-out, and free parking. Baby cot included and easy to set up. Can’t wait to return!

The apartment is comfortable, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect: a few steps from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The balcony with a table is also very pleasant, ideal for dining outdoors. The host was quick and efficient in communication. Recommended!

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we've been to Claude's and we haven't been disappointed. The space was spotless and the view from the studio deck is spectacular. Our stay went very well. Ideal apartment for a stay by the sea , very clean accommodation, ideally located close to shops . A bike path is at the bottom of the property to reach Nice or Antibes. The accommodation itself is very well appointed and convenient with private parking space. The bedding is comfortable. I will come back without hesitation. Thanks to Mylène and Gilbert.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Your apartment is more beautiful than the photos and such a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Everything was perfect! Communication was excellent, very helpful. The complex is at the top of a steep hill which gives you beautiful view from the balcony. There is a bus stop at the gate so you can get home without the hill climb. Would definitely recommend to stay at Joyce’s apartment, you will not want to leave! Thank you Joyce, we hope to come back again.

It was a very nice time in Max's apartment, a super large beautiful pool, the parking situation is a bit difficult depending on the day of the week, but I accepted that, Bargemon is a nice cozy village and the reception by Lene was very friendly. Petra

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful garden. The area around Tourette-sur-Loup is extremely beautiful, and the access to the town is very easy and very close by. In car it's only a few minutes and you can also walk there. My dad has a slight walking impairment, so we used the car, but the town is very charming and a great plus for the apartment. Edgar is a very friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed staying with him.

I had a wonderful stay at Marco's place ! From the seamless check-in to the warm welcome, everything was perfect. The property is stunning, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The kitchen had all I needed, and the pool room was perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, peaceful and quiet. I can't recommend this place enough ! If you're looking for a perfect getaway with a fantastic host, this is it. I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Very good welcome. The apartment is ideally located, 5 minutes from the city center and the beach. It is also functional with a top decoration. We're doing it very well. And the best part, the terrace overlooking the sea and its boats. Thank you also for all the little touches that awaited us and that saved us from running to fill up! We'll be there again.

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)
