Holiday rentals with beach access in Valbonne

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

The apartment was perfect spot for our stay in Antibes. The location was walkable to the restaurants, shopping, the market, and the beach. We had the best time and would definitely stay again!

Was sorry to leave. Super entertaining to sit on terrace and watch people go by below. Tastefully decorated, books to read. Fabulous water pressure in shower. Fully equipped to make simple meals. Nice to have the little things, like foil, extra garbage bags, paper towels, etc. Do close shutters at night to keep out bright exterior lights. Wake up and open to experience the street waking up! The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect - very close to the beach, restaurants and shops for all provisions. The host was very responsive and even dropped off some goodies on our first morning! The apartment was very comfortable and there were lots of useful additions for the beach, such as towels, parasol, beach mat, chair and body board! We had a wonderful stay - thank you!

Amazing location on the promenade! Host was very responsive and kind. Very easy to check in and right across the street from tram. Would highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay, very good welcome, very available and responsive host, ideal location for visiting the Côte d'Azur. Some suggestions to improve the practical side: a tray, a carafe, placemats, a few extra dishes to avoid running the dishwasher too often. 4.75 out of 5 stars. The rental has a great location in the old city center of Antibes. Good restaurants, bars, and shops are all around, but the rental was quiet and peaceful inside during my 4 night stay. Note that you have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the unit. But Sebastien was kind to help carry luggage for me. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good, although the rain shower overhead was broken during my stay. But Sébastien helped me with getting a clamp so I could attach the hand wand up high. My main nitpick was that there were not good instructions in the online information for using the washer/dryer combo unit. I got the washing function to work ok, but drying was a hassle so I just hung things for air drying. If you’re going to use the washer/dryer, make sure you ask for help at check-in. Check in and check out are both in-person with old school physical keys provided for the building and apartment doors. I would definitely stay here again. Great value!

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠(｀ω´*).

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
