Holiday rentals with lake access in Val Mara

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

We spent a few magical days in Argegno as a group of four, and staying at this house was truly the highlight of our trip. The home is full of charm, beautifully spacious and comfortable – but nothing compares to that view. The giant panoramic window looking out over Lake Como is absolutely breathtaking. Every morning and evening we found ourselves just staring in awe – that view is something we’ll carry with us forever. The balcony was another favorite spot of ours – peaceful, private, and perfect for a coffee or glass of wine while soaking in the incredible scenery. Thomas and Mattia were wonderful hosts – friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. The town of Argegno itself is a gem – picturesque, relaxed, and ideally located for exploring the lake. The ferry port is just a short walk away, making day trips super easy. We absolutely loved our stay and would come in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a special place with soul, comfort, and a view you’ll never forget – this is it.

We spent three nights in the April home - the perfect spot on the lake to enjoy the surroundings (e.g. a hike to Montepiatto with the hilarious view over the lake … or a boat trip to Como or to Lenno or to any place on the lake … or enjoy an Italian breakfast in the Bar Italia in the pittoresk Marina … or have a first class dinner on the lake in the Vapore restaurant … or or or. That is what we did during our three days ) Everything is in walking distance, so: Italian dolce vita at its best. We definitely recommend.

The place was great, made me feel just like home, with great amenities and spotless clean. Federico was a great host, friendly, easy to talk. The location is just great, walkable distance from main objectives of the city. If I come again in Como, i would choose the same location :) Thank you for a great experience

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Der Aufenthalt war super. Von der Unterkunft ist der Ausblick auf den See fantastisch und die Poolalage ist sehr Ordentlich.

Sehr netter Gastgeber und Wohnung wie auf den Bildern! Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (solange man gut auf den Beinen ist, wegen vieler Treppen :)) und man kann mit dem Boot für wenig Geld in andere Städte wie z.B. Como fahren, was sehr schön war.

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. We especially loved sitting out on the balcony watching all those enjoying the beautiful lake. Gandria is a lovely, historic, charming village with several lively restaurants to choose from and the Sentiero dell'olivo being an absolute must. Jonathan was extremely responsive and provide clear directions (with photos!) on how to access points of interest! We'd highly recommend.

This was my favorite place to stay on our trip! I LOVED being on the lakefront! DEFINITELY recommend!!

Incredible apartment, well equipped, very attentive host, short walk to the bakery and bus stop, beautiful balcony where we spent every evening, I would recommend this place to everyone!

Elisabetta встретила нас, помогла припарковать автомобиль, у нас был свободный доступ к парковке для нашей машины, что в тех местах очень важно! Нас ждал прекрасный прием: фрукты, вода, кофе, молоко, конфеты и печенье, что было очень удобно, особенно утром. На наши вопросы Elisabetta отвечала очень быстро, во всем помогала, также нам помогли с багажом. Нам предоставили полотенца для пляжа и обувь для камней. Постельное белье и полотенца были чистейшими, кровати удобными. С балкона открывается невероятный вид на озеро. Когда мы уезжали, Elisabetta проводила нас, помогла с багажом, угостила детей вкусным и полезным печеньем, которое мы могли взять в дорогу. Спасибо большое, Elisabetta, с удовольствием вернемся еще!

This apartment is perfect for a stay on Lake Como. We did a week. Incredible views to wake up to every morning. Fresh croissants and pastries available to take away next door, a supermarket a few mins walk away and some lovely local restaurants. Lenno felt a lot less touristy than some of the places we visited on the ferry but we loved it for that. We also loved the “Beach Club” just 5 mins walk away where you can rent sun beds for the day and relax with cocktails and food late in to the evening. Our fav restaurant was Giglio, a few minutes walk away. Loved this place. Thank you.

Andreas ist wirklich ein Super-Host: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir durften sogar seinen Garagen-Platz benutzen. Die Kommunikation war äusserst unkompliziert und alles gut beschrieben. Die Lage des historischen Hauses ist einzigartig: einmalige Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge sowie der wunderbare Garten und die super ausgestattete Loggia vor der Wohnung laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Dorfladen ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar und ist mit dem Wichtigsten für den täglichen Bedarf ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmacksvoll aber auch praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden (sogar Kaffee!), das Bett ist sehr bequem, und die Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer aus ist einzigartig. Während unserem Aufenthalt war es noch etwas kalt, wir konnten die Räume aber gut heizen. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt im Cà la Rocca sehr genossen und können's von Herzen weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in der Villa am Comer See! Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt inmitten atemberaubender Natur mit traumhaftem Seeblick. Elena war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist – typisch für die Region – schmal, und die Einfahrt in die Garage recht steil. Mit unserem Opel Astra und VW Golf war das machbar, aber bei tiefergelegten Autos könnte es knapp werden. Kein echter Nachteil, eher eine regionale Eigenheit. Außerdem wurden – wie in Italien oft üblich – vor dem Check-in Ausweiskopien verlangt. Das ist gesetzlich so geregelt, steht aber nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch das werten wir nicht als negativ, sondern als landestypische Besonderheit. Fazit: Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger, von schöner Natur umgebener Lage. Man sollte allerdings sehr gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein, oder ein Auto besitzen. Und man sollte fit im Serpentinen Fahren sein. 😂 Alles in Allem ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, den wir nur weiter empfehlen können.

Cinizia was the best Airbnb host I've ever had, hands down!!! Her place is so special, and she went out of her way to greet me when I arrived and explain everything to me thoroughly. She is the absolute sweetest, and she puts so much thought + care into her cabins. My stay there was truly special. Her garden is absolutely beautiful. 10/10, I can't say enough nice things about Cinizia! xx

Todella kiva huoneisto mahtavalla näköalalla Como-järvelle. Huoneistossa kaikki tarvittava. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen. Rauhallista ja todella siistiä. Voi lämpimästi suositella!

Frederico's apartment is a little piece of paradise on earth. The view is amazing. They were super nice during our conversations and gave us great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Wir haben wunderschöne 4 Tage im Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist genial und der private Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sauber und der Garten mit der wunderschönen Aussicht ist genial. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Hunden und für uns war es perfekt. Die Hunde können nicht vom privaten Strand ins Wasser (Wasser ist nur über 2 Leitern begehbar) aber 10m vom Haus entfernt können sie ganz einfach baden. Die Stelle ist toll um mit den Hunden zu baden. Die Wendeltreppe war für unsere (Mittelgrossen) Hunde auch nicht machbar aber sie haben problemlos oben im Wohnzimmer geschlafen und wir schliefen unten im Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und das Recyclin System vom Gastgeber perfekt vorbereitet. Alles war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und werden definitiv wieder zurückkommen.

Fijn, ruim en schoon huis op een prachtige plek met uitzicht op het Comomeer! We konden vroeger inchecken met duidelijke instructie via de app. Radu kwam even later uitleg en informatie geven. We hebben het contact met Radu als prettig ervaren, vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar absoluut niet storend
