Beautiful summer cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Genuine cottage atmosphere

If you are looking for a real cottage atmosphere, you will get an authentic charming cottage that has just been renovated. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400 meters away

Beautiful annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with garden furniture. The house is located in a scenic area in the part called "the old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are beautiful shops and good places to eat. Electricity is paid on site. In 2023, new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. Beautiful holiday home in the heart of Marielyst.

Beautiful holiday home close to the square in Marielyst, with a short walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. If you want to stay secluded but still in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops and holiday atmosphere, plenty of opportunity for activities, walks and pure fun, then this home is a great choice. Book it as a vacation home in high season or maybe for an extended weekend for fun and relaxation. Note late check-out at 11 a.m. and check-in from 3 p.m. Not rented to youth groups and craftsmen groups.

The house has two bedrooms with double beds, a cozy living room with dining area and sofa group as well as a covered terrace - perfect for relaxation. Outside, you can enjoy a wilderness bath and a sun-heated outdoor shower. Only 800 meters from Denmark's best beach, close to the golf course, Bøtøskoven and shopping. Located on a closed plot with space for a dog, it is ideal for a vacation in peace and nature. There are bicycles, free electricity, water, firewood, etc.

Cozy cottage in Marielyst

Nice cottage that is close to both water and town. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes and enjoy Marielyst's beautiful sandy beach. After a day at the beach, there is plenty of space on the terrace for play and relaxation and when evening approaches, the grill is ready for cozy summer evenings. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.
