The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with children). A super cottage, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters from Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great vacation paradise, with beach, forest, rich bird and animal life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump and the house is well insulated. The price is without electricity consumption. Then a claim for extra payment for electricity consumption will be made after the stay.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. For supermarkets, we have both Netto and Rema, or you can drive to Nykøbing in 15 minutes if you need a big Føtex and a lot of shopping. In 2024, the house got a new wooden terrace of 120 sqm and a buried trampoline.
