Wonderful place to stay. Condo fully furnished, peaceful place, green plants with wonderful view. Well located condo was renovated in February 2024 ( 115 m2) There are 3 large rooms: 1 bedroom, 1 cabinet (office) 1 large living room with sofa ( folding bed), and balcony with wonderful view The convenient location of the home allows you to easily get to the most popular sights of Samarkand. This will make your stay even more comfortable: you can simply walk along the Univer. Boulev. street.

Apartment with two rooms in the city center, just 2 km from the airport. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, coffee machine, toaster and dishes for 4 people. A living room with a corner sofa (turns into a double bed) and a smart TV. Bedroom with double bed and shower cabin. The bathroom has a washing machine, a full set of towels and shampoos. There is also air conditioning, wifi, iron and ironing board. Near NEXT shopping center and Seoul Mon embankment. Ideal for holidays and work.

Cozy and clean apartment in a very convenient location for tourist and airport transit passengers - 5 min away from airport and two train stations. The closest bus station is 100 meters away. 5 min by taxi to city center or 10 min by public transport. (5 min away by bus from metro station) Very developed area around apartment where you can find anything. There are several big and small grocery stores near by, also variety of cafes, restaurants and so on. Unlimited high speed internet.

Lovely apartment overlooking the river

Indira is a great host. She was able to accommodate our last minute booking request, was always in contact and provided help with everything we needed. The apartment is new and centrally located. Easy access to a local park, convenience stores, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment on the third floor with no lift. Peaceful outlook overlooking stream, green trees and children’s playground. Authentic residential area, quiet and safe near schools. Large supermarket, metro station and restaurants within walking distance - apartment is a little removed from city centre but metro and taxis are cheap. Nice cross breezes from 3 windows. Kitchen well stocked with basic pantry items, and bathroom with toiletries. Nice space to sit in morning sun in breakfast nook and lounge was comfortable. Host was very accommodating when there was a problem with my arrival by taxi - she is very responsive. There was some noise from children’s footsteps upstairs but only until bedtime. Bed is a bit lumpy and quite low. Bathtub may be hard to access for those with mobility issues. Washing machine was handy.

"Comfortable apartment in the center of the city in the loft style"

Amazing unique design, very spacious, good Internet, it has everything you need for short or long-term stay, also situated in one of the best location in the city Also what is important - the apartment on the high floor (11th), so it has amazing view on the city and cleaner air The owner is super hospitable and polite Great accommodation overall, highly recommended!

Nice small flat at the water channel

Stayed in this apartment for over a month, and while this unit is in an older building, this has the advantage of it being larger than most newer apartments. The living room has a big couch in it and a good TV, and there's even a piano! There's good WiFi, and a working desk there too. On the other end of the unit there's the kitchen, which has all equipment including a four-burner gas stove with oven and extractor hood, medium sized fridge, and even a dishwasher! There's also a good washing machine there (there's a folding rack to dry clothes). And a kitchen table, which can be comfortable to work on also. The bed has a good and comfortable mattress. Bathroom has a shower over bath tub, as is common in Tashkent. Toilet is separate. The area is quiet and good for pedestrians, and a short taxi ride from the Samarqand Darvoza mall, which has supermarkets, many shops, and a good food court. The hosts are helpful and communicate well. Overall I had a pleasant stay at this apartment.

The house is in a real neighborhood, not on a tourist road. Insude is beautiful and peaceful. the courtyard is green, planted with fruit trees and a covered open air cooking and eating space.
