Indira is a great host. She was able to accommodate our last minute booking request, was always in contact and provided help with everything we needed. The apartment is new and centrally located. Easy access to a local park, convenience stores, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment on the third floor with no lift. Peaceful outlook overlooking stream, green trees and children’s playground. Authentic residential area, quiet and safe near schools. Large supermarket, metro station and restaurants within walking distance - apartment is a little removed from city centre but metro and taxis are cheap. Nice cross breezes from 3 windows. Kitchen well stocked with basic pantry items, and bathroom with toiletries. Nice space to sit in morning sun in breakfast nook and lounge was comfortable. Host was very accommodating when there was a problem with my arrival by taxi - she is very responsive. There was some noise from children’s footsteps upstairs but only until bedtime. Bed is a bit lumpy and quite low. Bathtub may be hard to access for those with mobility issues. Washing machine was handy.

Amazing unique design, very spacious, good Internet, it has everything you need for short or long-term stay, also situated in one of the best location in the city Also what is important - the apartment on the high floor (11th), so it has amazing view on the city and cleaner air The owner is super hospitable and polite Great accommodation overall, highly recommended!

Stayed in this apartment for over a month, and while this unit is in an older building, this has the advantage of it being larger than most newer apartments. The living room has a big couch in it and a good TV, and there's even a piano! There's good WiFi, and a working desk there too. On the other end of the unit there's the kitchen, which has all equipment including a four-burner gas stove with oven and extractor hood, medium sized fridge, and even a dishwasher! There's also a good washing machine there (there's a folding rack to dry clothes). And a kitchen table, which can be comfortable to work on also. The bed has a good and comfortable mattress. Bathroom has a shower over bath tub, as is common in Tashkent. Toilet is separate. The area is quiet and good for pedestrians, and a short taxi ride from the Samarqand Darvoza mall, which has supermarkets, many shops, and a good food court. The hosts are helpful and communicate well. Overall I had a pleasant stay at this apartment.

Our stay with Ilkhom and his family will be one of our fondest memories of Uzbekistan. A peaceful place, friendly people, and delicious food. 🙂

The house is in a real neighborhood, not on a tourist road. Insude is beautiful and peaceful. the courtyard is green, planted with fruit trees and a covered open air cooking and eating space.

Thank you, Ilxom, this was the highlight of our trip! Our entire bodies relaxed the minute we arrived in your luscious garden. His home is so peaceful, built as a labor of love, cradled in beautiful surroundings. Ilxom and his family go the extra mile, it is such a joy to have discussions with Ilxhom, and his family’s food was genuinely the best meals we had in all of Uzbekistan. Next time we will stay for much longer! Our hearts are so full, this was heaven. ❤️

Great place away from Tashkent hustle and bustle. One our ride away from city centre but totally worth it. Beautiful mountains from windows and terrace. Excellent host - arranged a cook and a baby-sitter on request. Villa is amazing
