Loved the plants inside and gorgeous greenery outside, from all windows. Pros: - Host accommodates - we had to extend stay because my husband felt sick and the host was super understanding and helped us extend the stay until he recovered - Location - close to the airport and a metro station - Food scene - nice restaurants and a local bazaar nearby - Calm neighborhood Cons: - 4th floor without elevator, good workout but can get tricky if you have heavy luggage - Learned that after 10pm walking outside can get dangerous in this area, especially for girls and alone

Apartment is cozy with a stunning view, Umida is very helpful, proactive and friendly. The area is private and secure with a 7 mins walking distance to metro station, cafes, restaurants and lots os super markets

A great option to stay in Tashkent. New business-class residential complex, excellent location: near the metro, bazaar, many shops, cafes, restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Great value apartment in perfect location directly opposite the Registan- able to walk to all tourist attractions . Good restaurants and excellent craft beer bar within short distance of the apartment . Nicely decorated and modern interior , with good facilities . Lovely Uzbek rugs on walls gave a very cosy and authentic feel to the property. Host responded quickly to our queries . Would happily stay here again.

We really liked the apartment. Everything is like home. The bathroom has all the chemicals for the washing machine, electric towel rack, shampoo, toothpaste, brushes. There is tea, coffee, all the necessary utensils for cooking in the kitchen. All appliances, ironing board, laundry dryer are available. But the most important thing is that Sergey is always happy to help both in word and deed . Nearby there are everything, shops, cafes with alcohol and beer, Alco Market, ATMs and Metro under the window, small street trade. We would highly recommend this apartment for travel accommodation!!!

It was a lovely and comfortable stay at Ulugbek's place, 100% worth the value for money. Ulugbek was really helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, showing utmost hospitality. Communication was always clear and precise. The flat corresponded to the description and photos, was clean and comfortable and a perfect match for my needs. Location is close to the airport, a few business centers and in walkable proximity to some touristic places, parks. We were completely delighted with this apartment! The host is an incredibly friendly, polite and attentive person. He was always in touch, gladly answered all questions and offered help if it was needed. The apartment itself is just wonderful: modern stylish European renovation, everything is new, thought out to the smallest detail. There is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay — from kitchen paper and disposable slippers to dishwashing detergents and other household items. Everything is very clean, beautiful and cozy. We were very pleased and gladly recommend this apartment to everyone! A great option for both short and longer stays. The building has a supermarket and a pharmacy, which makes your stay much easier.

The apartment is very well located, a 5-minute walk from Magic City, the night show is amazing!! The place is clean, it has everything you need to have a good stay. Next to the apartment there is a supermarket and several restaurants. I highly recommend it. Communication was easy and the host responds very quickly.

Large place - perfect for the five of us. Clean and has good amenities (and the best hair dryers of which there are two). Conformable beds with nice linens. Two bathrooms - one en suite. Everything works. Bit far from the centre but this is clearly visible on the listing, and the taxis are very (very!) affordable. Could do with a second set of keys for larger groups. Comms a bit patchy but I think that's just a cultural quirk - all necessary information was communicated promptly. One thing to mention for fellow travellers is that you shouldn't be put off by communication via Whats App, as the host uses it to send you check-in instruction videos. Overall we had a comfortable stay - thank you Elyor!

The house was really exactly the same as in the pictures. Check-in was very easy, when I arrived at the apartment, they greeted me at the door and always answered all my questions and needs instantly.

We came to Uzbekistan with friends and opted not to stay at their hotel but stayed at Tahkirs place. The apartment is perfect for two people with everything you need to cook for yourself. The air conditioner worked very well, and the building was very quiet and private. There are good restaurants and cafes nearby and the metro is a 5 minute walk away, but we used Y@ndex go for our travels (like Uber) as taxis in Uzbekistan are cheap. One of our major concerns with doing an Airbnb in Tashkent was the necessary government registration. Tahkir took care of it all in a timely fashion and got us the documents we needed. If we come to Tashkent again, we will stay here again and recommend it to others. A clean place in a great location Host also speaks both Russian and English which makes things easy.

The apartment is big and spacious. It is located close to the metro so you can easily get to any location in Tashkent. It is on a side street, so it is very quiet. Nice comfortable stay.

Pros: Dee is a FANTASTIC host and responded to all of my inquiries at all hours of the day/night almost immediately. The small issues I encountered were handled absolutely instantly. Communication was truly top-notch. Also, you can't find a better location than this in Nukus. It's 10 times nicer than any hotel in the area and also cheaper than the hotels (which are much older and shabbier). The apartment is truly modern and the photos do not do justice to just how large and clean it really is. The presence of a washing machine (although it does not have drying functions) is amazing in Karakalpakstan. Cons: One of the bedrooms does not have AC. I was traveling alone, so this wasn't an issue for me--but it was unclear to me from the listing that this would be the case, so if you're a larger group and it's summer, make note of this. Nukus is HOT. Also, the apt is on the 5th floor (if you count ground level as floor 1) of the building. Carrying a huge suitcase upstairs was difficult.
