Staying at Brandon and Corey's place was like the definition of the best AirBnB can be. The house is cozy and beautiful, and we found it totally decorated for the Christmas season and perfect for our party of 6. It's the level of thoughtfulness that made our stay special. 'Emergency' amenities laid out in the bedroom just in case; a kitchen that is very well equipped, well-designed and highly functional; coffee supplies laid out and ready for the morning; a binder of local recommendations, etc. etc. Brandon's communications were also fantastic. He reached out proactively to ensure we had everything we needed and set a very relaxed and welcoming tone. It is no mystery why he and Corey are super hosts! Thank you, Brandon and Corey, for setting the bar for what other properties/owners can be!!

This home is the perfect get away. Gorgeous property. I enjoyed walking in the mornings, beautiful wildlife. The deer get close enough to almost touch! The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are spread out enough for several families to stay comfortably and with privacy. Lots of bathrooms! Very clean! Lots of kitchen supplies! Everything needed for an amazing get away. Well appointed kitchen. Nice covered porch. Plenty of space for our party of eight. Lots of games to choose from for entertainment. Nice quiet road to walk on.

Our family enjoyed staying in Utica at this home. It was a good location in a safe neighborhood, in walking distance to a grocery store. It was great for our family of 5, we had plenty of space with four bedrooms. Thank you for this accommodation, it was greatly appreciated!

Dave's property was the perfect choice for our overnight trip to Cooperstown with another couple. Located on a quiet country road, it's only a couple of miles to the Hall of Fame in one direction and Ommegang Brewery in the other. The house was spotless and very comfortable, and has been totally updated with everything one needs. Highly recommend!

House was plenty big and comfortable to host our gathering. Perfect for a night out to turning stone being only a couple minutes drive.

We came to this area for my daughter’s wedding. The house is beautiful, clean, uncluttered and has everything you need for a great stay. Heated pool and jacuzzi was a great bonus. It has all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. Dean promptly answered all the questions that we had. And had a lot of recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

Great location close to Turning Stone. I hosted my sisters bachelorette party here and there was plenty of room for the bridesmaids! We were able to make a lot of meals in the kitchen and out on the Blackstone grill!

We really enjoyed our stay here overall! Despite a few hiccups, Patrick and his team were very helpful and responsive to the door code not working and a few other minor things. The house is very clean, and beyond the most well stocked airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. Any and everything you would possibly need for your stay was thought about. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. We unfortunately had very bad weather most of the trip so the pool was too cold to use. But we enjoyed use of the trampoline, grill, and basketball hoop. It was nearby some things to do and a walmart as well. It was very comfortable and spacious. We hope to come back sometime when the weather is nicer to enjoy that pool!

its a great quiet spqce. Bars are very close, fishing, boating, great restaurants near by. pool was absolutely amazing and warm. Will definitely book again cant wait for another trip! Only thing is thier is no Pool table as seen in pic's.

This house was a perfect location and set up! We loved our stay and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, easy check in and great/fast communication.

Cassandra is an excellent host - home was great for what we needed for our Cooperstown tournament. Greet location to the park, excellent restaurants close by, and anything that popped up, she was responsive and quick to resolve. Would absolutely recommend this place and host!

Working with Tim was awesome! He was so helpful and communicative. He even made sure to rearrange the space for us before we came, so that it would be exactly what we needed. So so so WONDERFUL! The whole house was so cozy and a perfect space to gather with family - we plan to rent here again!

Augustin was a great host who went out of his way to help me with coins for laundry as well as help me when I accidentally locked myself out in the middle of the night. Great guy!

Sam and Liz are great hosts, I’ve stayed here twice and they’ve been super friendly and helpful, accommodating etc.

Todd is an excellent host with great communications and warm heart. We enjoyed our weekend retreat in a completely peaceful setting. Lovely porch overlooking the lake was all we needed. Nice modern updates to the entire apartment. Thanks again for a super getaway.

We loved the historic feel of the house it was super close to Wynn Hospital so as travel nurses, it was a super short ride to work …thanks Burak!

This cabin was the perfect get away to unplug and unwind for a weekend. Cute and cozy cabin, was extremely peaceful and relaxing there. Sat outside at the firepit the majority of the stay just taking in the creek and the nature sounds. Yonco was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home! Will book again!

We stayed at Courtney’s cabin with our daughter husband and 2 grand kids who loved the bunk beds and skipping rocks on the pond awesome open space for everyone! Courtney was quick to respond with my questions Cabin Is close to shopping restaurants and if winter ski resorts we had to add our dogs to reservation at last minute Courtney was very accommodating. We stayed in upper loft so much space . Will stay again if Courtney’s cabin is available! Felt so at home . Walmart delivered groceries such huge bonus !!
