Family-friendly holiday rentals in Utah County

This is a great spot. It looks brand new, the kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious, pool table and lounging area were great. Very nice hot tub - we were there for skiing so didn't spend much time on the patio but it looked like a good, relaxing place to be. Even though it's attached it very much felt like a separate space, and we couldn't hear a thing from the main house. Conveniently located to Cottonwood canyon ski resorts and to the SLC airport, it's a great value and we would absolutely stay again.

We just finished our second visit to Maureen’s house and we have a third booked. It’s a perfect space for a multi family ski trip. The kids can play in the basement while parents can cook together and hang out on the main floor. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishware for the whole crew. The laundry room and mudroom by the garage are well designed for skiers coming home and throwing off gear. Maureen is very responsive, snow removal was prompt, and it’s an easy drive to park city.

The place is beautiful but what truly makes this place special is the kindness we experienced from our hosts. They were very understanding and accommodating.

We had a great stay at The Willows. This place was perfect for our group of 11 adults for a week of skiing. Location is great just outside Little Cottonwood Canyon. Close to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton. The house is big with everything you need and very comfortable and well maintained. Our host was great, very responsive and helpful.

This is a nice home in a really good location. There was plenty of space for our group and lots of things for everyone to do in the home and nearby. All of the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and nice and there were some really great features (theater room, hot tub, air hockey, 3-car garage, trampoline, slide, etc.). Also, incredible views wherever you looked. If you have a larger group, you may want to bring some additional kitchen essentials because the kitchen didn't have everything we needed. Lots of great outdoor activities nearby as well!

Great hosts and we would stay there again. Hosts were very responsive and helpful for all of our needs, especially after a snowstorm.

My only hesitation in this five star review is worrying that next time (we most definitely will be renting it again) we will have more trouble finding availability for the stay =) We actually were staying at another rental, which was bad enough that we had to make a jump and eat the cost. We felt pretty nervous about jumping straight into another home, but it was the best choice we could have possibly made. From start to finish, everything was as good as it gets. Friendly, clear communication. Photos that were not only accurate but almost underselling of the place, and a dream of a location on the river. A clean house beautifully designed and filled with the sort of touches to make a vacation more special. A play room with pool and a little rock wall. A basketball hoop outside and a trampoline and swings in the back. Comfortable, spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. Very rarely can a rental feel like a home - this was the exception to the rule. Highest recommendation possible.

We rented this home in Utah for my daughter's wedding. We had 10 people in the house and plenty of room for more if needed. The kitchen had plenty of items, and there were ample linens, and towels. As described in the description of the venue, the driveway is very steep, and there was some difficulty getting lower vehicles into the garage. Still, there is a flat area to use, and parking in front of the house is an option. Jaime is a pleasant and responsive host. All my questions and emails were responded to quickly and completely.

Great, clean and well appointed place to stay in Provo. Easy to find and easy on and off the highway, with awesome views from the hot tub and quiet! Cheers

Cameron’s home was absolutely beautiful and had enough space for my family. My son absolutely loved the bunk beds and we loved the view from the back deck. The convenience of the nearby park and basketball court was very nice as well. He was very responsive in his messages and had the pantry stocked with snacks and the fridge stocked with drinks. I will definitely be staying there again.

Excellent stay, close to the park and quiet peaceful neighborhood. Older house that is update and decked out with amenities. We enjoyed the backyard landscaping, pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much

Host was communicative and helpful with anything you might need. The scenery was lovely and the yurt is well equipped for your camping and out door adventures.

Thomas was a very gracious host. There were lots of nice touches like a towel warmer and robes in case we wanted to use them, snacks like popcorn, hot chocolate, nuts. We loved all the amenities and the gorgeous back yard.

Booked this place for a staycation with my three kids. It's located in a very beautiful area close to the mountains and has a lot of mature trees. The indoor basketball court was a huge hit, as was the trampoline, and the spa. Very conveniently located near a grocery store and a lot of restaurants. Gary was very responsive, accommodating, and just a very pleasant person. We had everything we could possibly need. All three of my kids made comments about staying again sometime. Great overall experience.

It was exactly what we expected and needed it to be. Location is great for getting to main st Midway or cross country skiing. The homestead crater is right across the street. If you have energetic neighbors upstairs, it can be a bit loud. But, overall the place and stay were great.

Our family really enjoyed the apartment - especially hanging out on the balcony, the comfy lounge and open space kitchen/living area. The apartment was very quiet at night. It suited our hiking holiday and we enjoyed being able to walk to the crater homestead for an eating out dinner option.

This is our second year visiting The Zermatt resort for spring Break. This place is perfect for a big group to have fun and have their own space. Our kids love it and the pool is fantastic. Utah weather is always hit and miss in April so this place is perfect since the pool is heated. The condo also has plenty of cooking wear to cook any meal you need. We would definitely stay at Jake’s place again.

The condo was excellent. It was clean, modern, comfortable and in a great location. Check in and communication were quick and easy.

Amazing Airbnb, very cozy and quiet. This lower section of the home is part of a bigger home.

Brandon was an excellent host. The accommodations were neat and he was responsive to any contact. I will certainly stay again.

Midway is a frequent stop for us so this was an easy booking. I will say, the “no cleaning fee” is great but the $250 hold was a surprise as I’ve never had to pay that much at any spot or resort. That is my only qualm. The master bedroom did not have any heater vents and lots of windows so it was very cold, the front desk brought us a space heater with zero pushback and we slept well each night. Textable concierge was a plus, large kitchen and ample seating for guests. Gas grill on deck was a nice touch. Had some BBQ in the winter and that was fun! Adult pool hours from 9-10! Will book with Matt again!

Surprisingly clever and thoughtfully decorated. Our kids were tickled!
