Holiday rentals with a sauna in Utah County

My husband and I had an excellent experience staying here! The place was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. Scott and Amy were incredibly responsive and communicative. We arrived as tourists and wanted to drop off our bags before the scheduled check-in time, and they were very understanding and accommodating with our request. The resort itself is beautiful, offering a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy our stay. We would definitely book this again! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Well, our family got ill with pneumonia and couldn’t go :( especially our son who ended up hospitalized. Scott graciously agreed to a credit, but I haven’t heard back from him regarding the process. He seems like he’s a stand up person and stands by his word. Hopefully, we will hear from him soon.

Overall, Scott was very accommodating. We had booked a smaller room for a 4-month stay but for the first month, the Zermatt water heater was out so Scott was able to move us into this new location which was much appreciated.

Nice apartment with great amenities

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. The bed and couch were very comfortable and we felt right at home. We would definitely book with Scott again!

The location and unit were great! Easy to get around. The town of Midway is very close, and has a market, many restaurant options and a donut shop. The resort has an excellent bakery onsite. This resort is about 20 min away from Park City and was a great place to launch a ski vacation.

We booked this room for a couple of our employees attending a conference at Zermatt resort. They said they loved the room, check in was simple, and they didn’t have any issues. Communication with Midway Vacations was great. We were sent relevant information as needed from booking through the end of the stay.

Loved our stay here! Very cozy and homey place perfect for our weekend getaway. The resort had lots of amenities and a bar and restaurant we enjoyed.

Nice home in a safe neighborhood. Large enough for 3 couples. Sofas were very comfortable. Loved having the washer and dryer with the gas range stove.

I drive a Tesla and Scott’s listing included a EV charger on site and there isn’t one. Charging was available a few miles away and it was a ChargePoint. The problem with them is they are slow. The Resort should have EV chargers on site it’s a big Resort. Even a slow charger on site works because you can plug in and charge all night. It’s something needed at hotels etc if you drive a EV. I won’t book a room with any hotel that doesn’t have EV charging. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

We had a convention at Zermatt Hotel, and this listing was perfect for everything we needed since the property is adjacent to the hotel. We took a couple grand kids along who really had a fun time too. This property is close to many excellent golf courses too. We played a round at the Wasatch Mountain Golf Course which is 2 miles driving distance of this property.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying with Rebecca for a couple of weeks while snowboarding and skiing in Park City, and I could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me like family—her warmth and kindness made me feel right at home. Rebecca is not only an incredible host but also an all-around amazing person. She’s sweet, fun, and genuinely cares about making sure her guests have a great stay. Her home is cozy, comfortable, and perfectly situated for anyone looking to enjoy the slopes while also having a peaceful retreat to come back to in a town with so much to offer. If you’re looking for a place with good vibes, great hospitality, and a host who makes you feel like an old friend, this is it. Our stay in Mindy's home was very pleasant! It was very clean and had everything we needed. She was very quick to respond to any questions. We were grateful to stay here. I wish our 8 year old grandson could have made the trip, as there were many nice bonuses that made the home very child friendly without feeling cluttered at all. I would love to stay here again!
