Holiday rentals with breakfast in Utah County

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth’s place. It is very clean, the bed is big and great. We slept well. In the kitchen there is a lot of food and drinks to take. Even there was a basket with fruit and a vase with flowers. The garden is fantastic. The only thing that was less, the noise from the road nearby the house. But it didn’t bothered us. In the house you don’t hear it. Elizabeth and Eric are are very hospitable. Nothing is too much to give you a pleasant time. We were sad that we had to leave such a beautiful place.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice and clean, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals, and the hot tub and outdoor fire was fun for our family. The home is in a nice area, close to shopping m, recreation center, parks, and restaurants. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carole’s ! We were just there for a quick night, but we really appreciated being able to stay in a very comfortable home with a private backyard for our two pups The home was incredibly clean and had everything that we needed and Carole was so sweet to accommodate us with an early check in Carole was very personable and wonderful to communicate with If we are ever traveling through this way again we would definitely love to stay here again! Thank you !!

My son and I absolutely adore this place! It was everything that was explained and then some. Kristy was super sweet and felt more like a friend/family. The farm was so much fun. Was wonderful to relax in the hot tub at the end of the night. It's private but still close to everything. Very clean and cozy!

Our family had a great time while we were there . Place was clean and had most of what we needed in the kitchen. Carole was responsive and the view out the kitchen window was breathtaking . The beds were comfortable. We would have liked more detailed instructions for the air condition and local restaurants for large groups . We did use the park behind the house which was really nice . We would recommend this house to anyone traveling with a large group .

Morgan’s place had lots of sleeping space for large groups, which was the big thing we were looking for. It accommodated our family very well. It is also conveniently located to just about anything you want to do in Utah Valley. We were happy with our experience.

His house is very beautiful, tidy, clean, and almost spotless.The house is so good that I not only want to collect it, but also want to keep it for myself. I will definitely stay at his house next time I have the chance.

This was a great place to stay. Lovely neighborhood, and everything was accurately described. Carole was very responsive and eager to help. The home was clean and thoughtfully stocked with blankets, a playroom for the kids, games, etc. the location was very convenient and close to shopping, parks etc. We all enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Needed a place to stay near family in Spanish Fork for Thanksgiving. We didn't intend to spend a ton of time there, more or less a place to sleep. Due to a pending snow storm, we needed to leave home to head there a day early and Diana was gracious enough to let us add a day to our booking at the very last minute, she provided access information in an easy to understand way so that when we arrived at 3am, we could immediately go in and sleep. Its a basement apartment, so natural lighting is understandably near non-existent but the space was clean, kitchen was better equipped than I expected (had to do some Thanksgiving cooking), and though they presumably live upstairs in the main house, we rarely heard any noises beyond the occasional footsteps. Water pressure in the shower was a treat, and though I personally slept horribly- my wife and our friend both thought the firm mattresses were great so I can't hold that against the host. Overall, perfect for what we needed.

I loved every minute of my stay in this beautiful location!! The views are absolutely unreal and the townhome apartment is stunning: clean, spacious, modern. I really enjoyed the balcony with Mountain View and the hot tub. Great restaurants within driving distance and pretty trails right on and near the property. Easy drive to Salt Lake City too. I wish I could have stayed here longer!!

A great place to recharge among all the local activities. Brian was exceptionally responsive to my questions and last minute reservation

David was friendly and accommodating. His family made no noticeable noise, it was a quiet clean place to rest with easy access to bathroom. It was not obvious how I was to use the washing machine, nor how to borrow a hairdryer, though I imagine if I had talked with David about it he would’ve given me instructions. Parking right in front of the apartment is great. Super nice and accommodating host. Thanks David!

Brigham was a wonderful host. He was responsive and courteous in all our dialogues. Great host and would recommend this to anyone looking to book a trip to Utah.

The place was immaculately clean, the kitchen very well stocked, and the place charming overall. It was exactly what we needed. The host was responsive and had even left additional pantry items for us to use which was incredibly thoughtful and helpful! We absolutely loved the place. There was adequate parking and in a safe and lovely neighborhood. Overall it was perfect for us and I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!! Thank you for letting us stay there!

Liz was a very helpful host, her place was beautiful, modern, clean and the local pool and big hot tub and gym added to the fun! Walking distance to the local beach, there are hiking and biking trails nearby. The views are incredible. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in room #6 which is in basement. I only stayed 1 night. Everything was as described. Only negative thing I experienced was that if there is noisy guest upstairs? You'll hear alot of thumping. I can't blame the host but the guest that were there could be more respectful when they know others are in the house. I was able to hear their conversations from basement. Maybe insulation could be better or those people were just loud.

A memorable Airbnb experience! Teresa and Gary were such warm hosts - their kindness, generosity and hospitality is something that was a real highlight of my trip to America. Teresa's house in absolutely beautiful and the cookies + breakfast special! A real human experience and I truly hope to return one day. Thanks Teresa!

A fantastic place to get away. Either converting from out of town or a staycation, we found the time together was engaging and the town offers a nice change of pace. We walked around and to dinner which was great. The hospitality is on a personal level and they treat you like family. Worth every moment

A unique experience with all the amenities you could want. Steve and Paige are the perfect hosts!

The Heber Senator was a delight! Checking in was easy. Each morning we enjoyed a selection of breakfast items—would definitely recommend the French crepe—and we were always surprised by some yummy fresh treat as well, like a blueberry muffin fresh from the oven. Location is convenient, and actually in walking distance of restaurants and shops. We’ll be back!

Exceeded expectations in every way! The warmth and hospitality from ALL staff was impeccable! The house was very clean and welcoming. We hope to return as soon as possible for another "stay-cation." We can't thank you guys enough!!!

Paige and Steve were the most gracious and affable hosts. My stay with them was fabulous! From the gourmet breakfasts that Steve prepared to each individuals desires to the impeccably appointed rooms, I could not reccomend any other place than theirs if you are considering a ski trip to Park City! The trip from their wonderful home to the Jordanelle lift ( Deer Valley) is only 10 minutes and to Park city only another 15! Oh and the Soldier Hollow Olympic XC complex is also less than 15 minutes away! I plan to make this my "base of operations" for all my future trips!
