Holiday rentals with a patio in Ureki Beach

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

Отличный номер. Имеется всё для комфортного проживания. В номере есть сменный комплект постельного и полотенец, индивидуальные средства гигиены. Вся техника работает идеально.Хозяин очень внимательный и отзывчивый. Обязательно посоветую друзьям

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

We stayed at Zoia’s apartment the second time and we will definitely will come back again. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance. The place is very clean and the bed is comfortable. We had everything we needed like an AC, cutlery, TV with streaming services, and washing machine.

Loved the Apartment! Awesome location! Big supermarket on the ground floor, 5 min walk to the seafront. Decent view from the balcony. Apartment was fairly clean upon Check-in with the exception of black hair on every fabric surface. Full set of cooking pots & pans, huge variety of tableware. Comfortable bed. All the essential amenities such as dish/hand soap, toilet paper, and a full set of towels were provided.

Потрясающее место!!!! Сам дом комфортный, новый ремонт, вся мебель чистая и ухоженная. Очень удобные подушки!!!!!! На кухне есть все необходимое. Стиральная и посудомоечная машины, большой холодильник, плита с совмещенным газом и электричеством, большая раковина. В с/у прекрасное зеркало с подсветкой, современный унитаз и душ с различными вариантами лейки, фен. Кондиционеры работают исправно - чистые и не шумные. Гладильная доска и утюг. Но это лишь малое. Самое прекрасное- это место, в котором находится этот дом!!!! Тишина, все зеленое… днем птицы, ласкающие слух, а вечером лягушки поют в далеке… рядом с домом большой очаг и стол- мы с удовольствием провели там вечер с местными друзьями. А в 2ух минутах пешком холмик с потрясающим видом на закат- солнце уходит в море, оставляя призрачные лучи на глади неба… хозяин живет на втором этаже дома, был всегда на связи и помог нам подсказками. В 5 мин езды Чакви с множеством магазинов и рынков, а до Батуми мы ехали минут 15-20.

I had a wonderful stay at [Host's Name]'s place. The house was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. The decor was charming and everything was well-maintained, making it feel very welcoming and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the sea, just 3 min walk, shops and markets nearby. Svetlana was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, providing clear instructions and quick answers to any questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant accommodation. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

It was a family-like experience for our family of 4 adults + 4 children. Zurab was extremely helpful and attentive. Big comfortable beds, spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Gorgeous garden with fruit and peas was the perfect place for children to unwind. A lot of space for luggage. We had access to open areas around to have a lunch outside and relax in a hammock. Walkable surroundings, 20 minute walk to the sea and to the Chakvi park. Supermarkets nearby, great bread shop just around the corner. Batumi botanical park is quickly reachable by car and is gigantic. We will definitely stay there during our next visit to Chakvi.

The house is amazing! It is an old traditional Georgian house, very clean and with a lot of light. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few days. It is very quiet there, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Alexander is a wonderful host! He prepared fruit and bread to welcome us and explained how to find the place.

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Останавливался на месяц, с погодой конечно очень не повезло, был сильный снегопад. Тем не менее в доме было тепло и комфортно. Шикарный вид с балкона, кухня со всем необходимым, тишина и отсутствие городской суеты. Рекомендую

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

The house was clean and in a good location, it was right in front of the sea and the view especially at dawn was so beautiful we spent most of our time on the balcony, it was peaceful most of the time, we had a great time staying there.

Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.

Квартира в двух минутах ходьбы от пляжа, рядом есть рестораны и магазины. Есть балкон с диваном, можно проводить там время и обедать. Для двоих отличная квартира, либо на пару с ребенком: есть двуспальная кровать и небольшой диван. В квартире есть все необходимое для отдыха, рекомендую!

Viskas buvo tiesiog tobula – apartamentai švarūs, jaukūs ir pilnai atitiko aprašymą. Vaizdas pro langą – įspūdingas, ypač vakare! Lokacija puiki – netoli jūra, parduotuvės, kavinės. Šeimininkas labai draugiškas, atsakė į visus klausimus, bendravimas buvo greitas ir sklandus. Tikrai rekomenduoju visiems, ieškantiems komfortiškos ir patikimos vietos apsistoti Batumyje. Jei grįšiu – apsistosiu vėl čia!
