Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Great stay in beautiful house in beautiful house.

Our stay at Il Posto was something out of a dream. Truly the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. Rachel and Delfo are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts and are available for any questions and recommendations. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. We felt at home immediately and hope to visit again and again! Delfo is an incredible chef and Rachel pairs the perfect wines. We recommend the truffle hunt with their neighbor Luca, if you visit during the season. The rectory is very cozy but has a lot of space for a big group, including our almost 2 year old son. It’s really the perfect place to visit with friends and family. There’s a lot of hiking nearby and the town is super close. Rachel has excellent recommendations. Il Posto is also a working farm. The eggs, olive oil, and honey are soo fresh! We are already talking about our next trip!

We enjoyed the place. Communication with Rosa was fine. The apartment is spacious, we appreciated the possibility of using the garden. It's not far from here and the beach. And the dog Ugo, it was a bonus, the nicest dog we've ever met on the road.

The jewel of this apartment is the high terrace overlooking the sea,where we had wonderful moments from dawn to dusk to night. I stayed for a week with the family in the Martilla apartment in Gabicce. Clean and absolutely tidy apartment, in a well-served area and with all the necessary services. The owner Marco is a serious, kind and helpful person. We immediately felt at home. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city center are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - as well as a really good pizza snack.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful village. Excellent apartment! Nothing is missing, it is arranged so that it is practical. The bedding is of good quality, the kitchen is clean. The plus: the terrace overlooking the Adriatic. Carlotta asked us if we had arrived safely and told us that there was a small gift in the refrigerator :-) When we arrived, there was a tray in the kitchen with 2 cocktail glasses and cakes. What a delicate touch after all the hours of driving (we come from Brittany in France). The village is beautiful and lively with the beach below. The area is beautiful. You can learn more by browsing the books and brochures that are available in the accommodation. And then, we had some nice encounters in the village too. I would highly recommend it.

Stefania is a wonderful host. She had the a/c already running to cool the apartment before our arrival since we arrived later in the evening. Stefania gave us a beautiful rundown of her village and surrounding areas and even offered to make us a reservation at a restaurant up the hill (we did take her up on that. It was a great sea view restaurant with good food!) The apartment had everything we could have needed for our long weekend stay. I cannot recommend this area enough. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Most definitely a peaceful getaway. We have zero complaints and would book again in the future if ever in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena and Antonio’s beautiful apartment. Their place was so quiet and peaceful yet it was just a short walk to many great attractions, restaurants and bars. The apartment is tastefully presented and it was so relaxing to be there. Elena greeted us on arrival and gave us many great recommendations for the area. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Our stay in Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended - even with a child!

Our stay at Marco’s villa was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotlessly clean, and everything was well-prepared upon our arrival. Marco was always available, responsive, and very helpful—he made sure all our needs were met promptly and kindly. There were plenty of towels for the entire duration of our stay, the view was stunning, and the space was very generous—perfect for families. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the water was regularly filtered, making it both safe and enjoyable to use. We also loved the outdoor seating area, the sunshine throughout the day, and the fully equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to come back in the future!

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

The house is really great, the surroundings and the view are fantastic. You absolutely have your peace, can use everything in the garden, especially the pizza oven we liked very much. By car, you can reach the village in five minutes. We had a great time and would be happy to come back, communication and cleanliness were also great.

We absolutely loved our stay! The road to it is indeed a challenge, as correctly indicated in the listing. We do not have a 4x4, but a higher car, and took the longer route to the house. That took us a little extra time with each move, but we had that for it. The tranquility and the view are priceless. The cottage is sufficiently well equipped, we didn't miss anything. There was also great service included: in the middle of our stay, the house was cleaned for us and we got fresh sheets and towels. Also, the pool is cleaned and refilled 2 times a week. Manager Matteo was easily accessible for each question. As far as we are concerned, definitely repeatable!

We had a very nice and quiet time in Villa Alba. The terrace offered a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside while eating. Rooms were clean and tidy. The communication with Alberto was great. We definitely recommend the place.
