Holiday rentals with beach access in Urbanova, Alicante (Alacant)

We loved this property, the location was great, so close to the beach and the lift to the castle and the centre of the old town was just a few minutes walk. The property was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. It felt very homely. There was a great little cafe right next door for breakfast. Mabel was a great host, she answered all our questions prior to arrival and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. We would use this property again.

I highly recommend it. We have been to Carmelo's for the second time. Nice, clean, pleasant.

Great location and view of the water. Spacious apartment with everything we needed including a washer. The only drawback was the noise especially when the collected the garbage in the middle of the night.

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

I stayed at Aurora's place for a short family break during the Easter half term. The flat was very well located and only a short walk to the beach, Aurora provides beach towels which is super handy. The old town is also a short walk away and Aurora recommended some great restaurants, Nou Manolin is particularly good, so good we went twice. If you go, you have to try the super mouse! The flat itself is immaculate, and 6 of us stayed very comfortably. The flat also has wonderful sea views. I highly recommend Aurora's flat for a great place stay in Alicante.

The apartment is nice for your stay in Alicante: everything was within walking distance (supermarket, beach and shops). The apartment is very well equipped with the necessary equipment. The balcony is very nice to enjoy the beautiful view. The hosts, Sandiago and Marta, are very friendly and responsive! I recommend it.

Host very helpful. Clear instructions how to get to apartment from the airport and easy check-in. Very central and Old Town, Beach, and Castle all walkable. Teresa responded promptly to queries and even arranged our return taxi to airport after I had difficulty doing so (because I can't speak Spanish). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If we could give this place more than 5 stars, we would! From booking to check out, the experience was the most positive we've ever had. Marek was extremely helpful and responsible throughout the booking process. He made excellent recommendations to help us plan our trip to the area, and sought out information for us based on our interests. The in-person check-in was so welcoming. Marek provided detailed information on the space. Everything in the apartment was pristine and spotless. The kitchen had every possible detail looked after, making it easy to cook. The appliances were high end and appeared new. All the other living areas included thoughtful additions that made our stay excellent. The location was incredible! Close to the tram, grocery store, beach, restaurants. Marek provided everything needed, including the tram card, and many local recommendations. It was quiet and peaceful, with the most incredible ocean view! Thank you Marek for sharing this space with us!

We had a wonderful time as a family,it's a beautiful place! I'm going to miss breakfast on the terracita overlooking the sea. Everything is as detailed as the photos and Carmen is very detailed and attentive to our well-being, we will repeat for sure!!!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

it was wonderful here and I enjoyed the pleasant MaiSun around the clock on the fantastic terrace! the area is very touristy but still it was very homely, private and pleasant. I would definitely come back here but only after the Fiesta de Santa Cruz🤣😉 after May 4

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

A big thank you! Our vacation couldn't have been better, the accommodation was really great, very clean, the pool was a big asset. The tram two steps away was really convenient for getting around both Alicante and Benidorm. We recommend it!

Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and check-out were super flexible and perfect and were tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Had a great week in the apartment everything you need was provided. . Lovely surroundings and great places to see. Great pool and lovely local restaurants. Easy to get around on public transport with Manuels information on timetable etc. Got to visit other towns. Really enjoyable and great hosts. Hope to return .

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Apartment in a wonderful location, with everything you need, very well connected. To repeat without a doubt. Communication with the owners is very easy and they are very flexible with check-in and check-out, which is greatly appreciated.

The apartment is located in the center so the location is perfect. Spacious and comfortable living room and terrace, well-equipped kitchen. A little cramped bedroom (especially in the heat) but it resolves with fans and air conditioning. Anna and Andrea are great hosts. The location is definitely strong, I recommend it
