If you enjoy the sun, the beach, the sea and stunning sunsets, , our apartment will be perfect for you. It is situated in a quiet residential area within a gated community, closed to traffic. The Saladar beach with more than one kilometre of golden sand is just a few meters away. It is a quite blue flag beach frequented mostly by locals. It has a promenade running the whole length of the beach where a good selection of bars and restaurants, can be found. There is also a small supermarket here.

Beach and Sun Apartment

Very comfortable and well-equipped for a great vacation in summer or winter. We have private parking. Just a two-minute walk away we have the beach, the promenade, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. There is a bus stop at the door that takes you downtown in a few minutes. Alicante is a very active city. But if you want more peace and quiet in Urbanova, you can walk along the beach, relax in the sun, have a drink or enjoy a tasty meal by the sea.

Nice room in a fairly large apartment. Clean and nice, all facilities. Close to the airport, good and affordable bus connections. Gaston was pleasant, service-oriented and easy to communicate with despite language differences. I didn't see much of him the days I was here, working late into the night. All in all, a place I can recommend

I loved staying in Anny‘s place. Just before, I have spent 3 nights in a Melia Hotel and I was surprised to have slept better in Anny‘s place! Instructions to enter were clear and easy. The place is very central in a big shopping street, nevertheless quiet and private, max 10 min walk to all the restaurants and 15 min walk to the stroll in the harbor. I could not have found a better spot! Also there was shampoo in the bathroom and all other amenities, towels provided. 6/5 stars! 🤩 Thank you Anny!

Helga is a very kind and sociable person. The Hosts were always there when I had questions. I was able to rest in peace in his pretty apartment after a long flight and the jet lag .... I recommend 100%!
