Great place to stay and had a great environment around it. Would love to stay there again if we’re in the area! Emily was very helpful with everything that was asked of her and extremely flexible.

We had a very nice stay, the house is beautiful, well maintained, beds were super comfy, linens nice and clean. The house is centrally located to many restaurants and family attractions. Prashant was easy to get a hold of and attentive to our questions and needs.

On arrival the home was clean and just as pictured. We definitely enjoyed and the Guest book with clear recommendations was awesome. Thanks for the prompt response and we would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

John and Candy were super hospitable and easy to communicate with the whole time. The place was really clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s in a great spot, close to the beach, restaurants, and a bunch of things to do around PCB. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in PCB- this home was perfect for our family. We loved the easy proximity to everything while still enjoying the quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. The house was exactly as described and had more than enough room for our crew to spread out. It was clean, well stocked, and the beds were super comfy. The volleyball court was a favorite for our crew- helpful hint- when you hit the ball over the fence behind the house, check the guestbook for the neighbor's phone number, he's super nice! Ben was an amazing host, super welcoming, responsive and proactive- wanted to make sure everything was great for our stay. Thanks again!

So easy to walk to the beach! Our 12 year old liked having her own room with the pull out couch and second bathroom and our 10 year old enjoyed the bunkbed. It was awesome to have a backyard for the dogs and plenty of space for our family to stretch out and relax.

The place had all the accommodations that a home away from home should have. It was clean spotless and check in was very easy. Messages were answered in a timely manner. I would stay here again. Only suggestion is to do a Google review of complete area before booking.

The house was in quiet neighborhood, but a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The house itself was very cozy and clean. It was perfect for 4 of us. Christine left us a wagon and we used it everyday for the beach! Christine was an amazing host. She was quick to respond and understandable. Loved it!

It was very clean also was very spacious with a peaceful neighborhood with a nice pool at the entrance which was good also I’ll definitely recommend also their quick to answer your text and calls when needed .👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were there for week. My kids loved the pool with the slide! He had everything where we could cook meals each night. The bedrooms were comfy and cozy. The bathrooms where clean. Beautiful and homey house all around. Great for the family and pets. It was such a blast that week! Trey also a great host. Will be definitely staying here again when we can!

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

The condo was a great place. We travel with our dogs and this was perfect. It was spread out enough that our college age boys had their own space. Kitchen was well furnished. It was close enough to many PCB activities yet quiet enough to enjoy a walk around the lake. If we needed anything Arij was quick to respond. Thank you for being a great host.

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

This house has everything needed for a large group. We were a group of 13 ppl and were very happy with this place. Howell is very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a nice and clean place for a large group.

Very nice rental. We enjoyed evening strolls through the neighborhood on the golf cart. It was close to putt-putt golf and other activities. Beds were too firm for my liking but my wife liked them. Overall a great rental and updated. Would definitely recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. It was home away from home but even better. So much thought went in to every little detail of this home. It was beautiful inside and out! Our kids had the best time and we loved having them fenced in the back. The neighborhood was also so peaceful. We hope to be able to come back in the near future!

The interior struck the perfect balance between cozy and elegant, with thoughtful coastal touches throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we haven't slept this well in months! Our host was always just a message away, responding within minutes whenever we had questions. This place offered everything we wanted for our beach getaway and more. Already planning our return trip!
