A beautiful cottage that invites you from the first moment, super well equipped, a warming stove for cold days, places to linger and dream. Great hikes along the lakes or to the peaks. A dream, a place to return to!

Josef and his family are great hosts, helpful, and communication simply worked with them. The place is in a clean, quiet environment. We love to visit you again.

There were five of us in Chalet 37 over Easter and felt super comfortable there in the cozy and well-equipped kitchen-living room. We couldn't really appreciate the beautiful living room on the first floor in the short time and in the most beautiful Easter weather. For this, we enjoyed the magnificent garden with various benches, table groups, loungers and great views of the Gaflenz Valley. The entire cottage is tastefully decorated with lovely details and decor. Just a place to feel good. Upon arrival, the landlord also provided us with a room in the annex to lock our bicycles. Super nice and accommodating. Thank you!!

Key places like Koningsee lake (Germany), Hallstatt and Salzburg Salt Mines were easliy accessible. Children loved the private Sauna. The Chalet was really compact and ideal for six (6) people. Angelika is the best host I've ever seen! She's sweet, kind, and pleasant! We've enjoyed our stay in her place, as it was wonderful. The view from our bedroom was fantastic - you look in the window and see the Austrian Alps. The place was neatly clean and styled to details. This house has exceeded our expectations! The apartment is located very good for traveling and going to Attersee but too close to the road to be a quiet place in the night. it's very good equipped and quite spacious.

A super cozy house in a beautiful location on the edge of the small village of Karlstift. The furnishings are very complete without a lot of unnecessary stuff. We did not see the landlords in person, but communication via app and phone went smoothly. The ski lift is really right in front of the house, unfortunately there was no snow - which was not so bad as there were not too far away slopes with artificial snow.

We had a great stay, the cabin was beautiful as expected and the location is perfect, with a really fantastic view. Our host was very very friendly and accommodating. Clear recommendation from us! 😊

The alpine hut has a great location and is very cozy. We didn't miss anything and you could start directly from the cottage into the day of skiing in the morning. The rooms are nicely and comfortably furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The ski resort is manageable and super suitable for groups with different interests, as you can go both downhill and cross-country skiing here.

Comfortable accommodation for one family, privacy, perfect to listen to your music through quality speakers in the cottage, great coffee machine as we are coffee drinkers, sauna top. Great view! The only problem is the snow in February, which the owner can't.
