Durch die zentrale Lage können Geschäfte, Cafe´s, Restaurants und natürlich der See zu Fuß erreicht werden. Our house is located derectly in the center of Seewalchen. The mini studio is equipped with all comforts (WIFI, TV, ..), including kitchen. Through the central location shops, cafés, restaurants and of course the lake itself can be reached on foot easily.

This small apartment in the middle of the Gesäuse offers all nature lovers a home to feel good. In summer, it is ideal for hiking, mountaineering and also whitewater tours in the Enns. In winter, you can cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring, skiing and anything else you want. As a bad weather program, the Admont pencil would be a good option. The hostess is always informed about hiking trails, tours and more. She is always happy to answer any questions.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.
