An absolute recommendation! The area is fantastic, with the Almsee and Attersee, the Alps and the apartment directly by the forest but still in the other direction at Grünau (village shop and swimming pool accessible). Our host Franz was very nice, gave us tips for the excursions and was very accommodating to our requests. Great for everyone, groups of friends or families. Would love to come back!

Exceptional Stay at a Perfect Resort! Our 7-day stay at this resort was nothing short of spectacular! Nestled in an ideal location, the resort offered breathtaking views that made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. Whether you’re gazing at the serene landscapes, the sparkling water, or the surrounding lush greenery, the scenery is picture-perfect. The amenities were top-notch, catering to every possible need. From a well-maintained pool and spa to fitness centers and recreational activities, everything was designed for ultimate relaxation and fun. The on-site dining options were superb, offering a wide variety of delicious meals to suit every palate. The staff deserves a special mention for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, seamless, and truly memorable. This stay is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty.

We had a wonderful trip. The apartment was very clean, well-arranged and equipped with everything you need. But the most beautiful thing was the view from the window in the morning. The windows face the mountain of even greater beauty. When you wake up in the morning to have a coffee. I recommend it to everyone. With the greatest pleasure we will go there again next year. Excellent location with beautiful surroundings. Super clean rooms and host Rosi is very kind and easy to reach out to. We stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days and it was an amazing stay. Hallstatt, Salzburg and Bavarian region of Germany is easily accessible from this place which made extra convenient for us. I would highly recommend.

The house is offered through the Interhome Group and not through the owner. For booking and communication in advance: The cancellation options of the Interhome Group are strict and not customer-oriented, especially during Corona times. Communication is always with different employees of the Interhome Group by message (sometimes up to 1 day waiting for answers, some questions were ignored) and when I contacted the Interhome Group by phone, I had to wait more than 60 minutes and the employees could not help me as they referred to Airbnb (so write a message again and wait for a response). If there is a short-term need for clarification, just before arrival, this is extremely difficult. Also, the respondents in the Aibnb news chat could not give me any information about the location or other services and have referred to a telephone contact with the homeowner or building management here. The house rules stored in the advertisement are page-wide and very generally related to the Interhome Group regulations. In addition to booking through Aibnb, there are other costs: tourist tax per person per day of €1.60, €20 per dog per stay, €200 deposit. These additional costs must be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be returned to the guest after a house inspection upon departure by the building management. To the house itself: The house is easily accessible, is located on Ennstal Straße E651 next to a factory in a residential area in front of the Grimmig. Through the large garden you can reach forest paths after a short path across the quiet road behind the house (about 300 m). The property is not fenced, very large and has two levels. There are 3 floors, the hallways and rooms are very spacious. There are 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2 new bathrooms, of which 1 with large rain shower and bathtub as well as an additional toilet. 3 of the four bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. The bedroom on the 3rd floor has its own shower and sink directly in the room. On the ground floor there is a large entrance area, plenty of space to leave shoes and jackets, a large living room, a dining room and a very good and well equipped kitchen. In addition, there is also a garage as well as a separate ski cellar directly at the parking lot in front of the house (several parking spaces available). The house was also very well cleaned and we felt very comfortable with 6 people and 3 dogs (there were even dog bowls). Check-in with the property manager was very straightforward and friendly. We were also able to order a bread service that brought us fresh rolls every morning (highly recommended!). Also the check out was straightforward and fast. Communication with the property manager during our stay was very pleasant. The house is a good starting point for excursions, e.g. hikes, sights, ski slopes. The train runs behind the main street and a bus stop is also right by the house. We were there by car and I highly recommend that. A supermarket is about 5 km away (around 8 minutes by car).

House is situated in lovely and peaceful location. It has a nice garden with a creek. The house is fairly old and feels more like mountain cottage, but bathroom is newly renovated and everything was clean. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

The house is very large and comfortably furnished. The kitchen has all the utensils needed for cooking. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The hostess is very kind and hospitable. The house was impeccably clean. Thank you very much for hosting us.

Great accommodation, are directly from the accommodation via the hiking trail to the Grimmingtor. Very nice hostess, a bit hidden accommodation, highly recommended ☺️
