Our stay at Hofberg Villa was truly enjoyable. The house was immaculately clean, with exciting music in the house and a spacious yard that our family loved. The host was not only professional but also very responsive to our needs, making our experience smooth and comfortable. Annika's place is fantastic and I definitely recommend it. It is very clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. You can see the commitment with which Annika takes care of her. The garden and terrace then offer an appreciable added value in case there is good weather. The location is ideal because it is close to the lake and allows you to easily reach many other beautiful towns in the area. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Communication with Annika was quick and easy. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Very pleasant stay in Gauting in a spacious accommodation and with all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the kindness and instructions of the responsive host when needed. I recommend this stay if you want to spend a few days in a peaceful setting.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

We felt very comfortable from the first minute. Easy check-in. The view from the cottage is magical, the surroundings invite you to hike. The house was equipped with everything you could need. We will be back :)

I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!
