The Emerald City Bungalow is only 2 blocks from campus, but you'll find plenty of relaxation in the light filled studio & on the peaceful garden patio in the fully fenced backyard. Comfy queen sized bed, kitchenette for cooking meals or just making coffee (provided!), Wi-Fi, TV, AC & a covered bike rack in fenced backyard make this place a great find. Our 650 sq ft modern airbnb is open and bright with lots of windows and tucked in the trees in beautiful South Eugene. Our neighborhood is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and great walking trails. Just 3 miles from the U of O and 1/2 mile from the bike path. There is one full bedroom and an additional sleeping space in the downstairs living room with a pull out couch that we will gladly make up as a bed if you need it.

Bloomberg Park Studio

Location, privacy and country feel close to town and U of O. The Bloomberg Park Studio has a private entrance , deck, queen bed, pull-out couch, high speed wi-fi, and lock box for easy check-in/check-out. This studio has great appeal. Step outside the door and head down the street to rustic Bloomberg Park for a quick walk or up the hill for a more invigorating hike through nature in newly acquired city parkland.
