We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. There is off street parking with Ring security. The cottage is attached to a family house and there will be normal family noise and a woofing dog now and then. Looking for resilient, self-reliant, low maintenance renters.

College Hill 1-Bedroom Private Apartment

Bright, clean, College Hill 1-bdrm suite with private entrance. Unit has a kitchenette (w/Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, jr. refrigerator and hot plate), bathroom/shower and access to washer & dryer. There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed). The apartment, the house and their gardens are charming. The neighborhood is inviting, it is a park in and of itself with formal parks, running trails, a riverwalk, bike trails and the expansive offerings of the University and a vibrant community beyond. The Garden Apartment place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and some families (two large rooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bed). Newly renovated & furnished, charming bungalow sits only a few blocks from the University of Oregon campus and some of the best restaurants in Eugene. Built in 1936, but recently renovated with updated bathrooms and kitchen, the house offers a retro feel with modern amenities for your comfort. The private back patio offers an area to relax outside after a long day of walking the town, exploring Hendricks Park, or attending an event to cheer on the Ducks!
