This is a beautiful remodeled vintage cottage filled with natural light, exposed brick, fir floors, a gas fireplace, and private parking. It is quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. This includes cleaning all high touch surfaces e.g. countertops, doorknobs, light switches,faucets, etc. The apartment has a separate dustless air system not shared. Large 1200 sq. foot apartment. The private entrance loft sleeps up to four, two queen-size beds. Light-filled high ceilings, tile bathroom, washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Includes free WIFI, 55" Smart TV, AC and gas fireplace. Nice walk to U of O, or Downtown.

The private back patio offers an area to relax outside after a long day of walking the town, exploring Hendricks Park, or attending an event to cheer on the Ducks!
