Nice stay for my family, space was clean, bed was comfy!

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

Christopher was an excellent host and gave great recommendations when needed! The place is extremely spacious and nice. The hot tub was relaxing after traveling for a few days. The bed is also extremely comfortable!

Cody is a great host and I look forward to returning.

Jennifer’s place was simply wonderful. Everything you would want in a rental that felt like home. Fabulous bed, great towels, comfortable furnishings. Clearly marked labels and instructions on what’s what and how things work. Well stocked with those little things you always discover you need when traveling. Attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for a couple of nights during the last leg of my Colorado trip. The pros are that the place is very well decorated with mid century decor; very quick walk/drive to great restaurants; peaceful street with plenty of parking available; and host is responsive. The main negative is that the Airbnb is the basement (albeit with a separate entrance) of a house, so you very easily hear the footsteps and noises from upstairs. I'm not sure if the host lives in the main home or if it's also rented out, but I didn't particularly like the footsteps we heard late at night. A smaller negative to me was that the dining table was pretty small and high. I would've preferred a lower and bigger dining table in the main space (as opposed to a working desk there). Otherwise, it was a good stay, with just a couple things that could be improved for better functionality in my opinion.

Very beautiful vintage home. The cottage is right at the center of all the scenic and fun places in Denver. The house itself was clean, peaceful and had plenty of amenities. I stayed at this place even though i lived in the denver area, but never right in downtown. it was really cool to be a tourist in my own city and have this “at home” experience.

Great Stay in Denver! We had an awesome 2-night stay at Alex’s place in Highland Hills. The home was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet but close to everything—easy drive to downtown, restaurants, and even a quick trip up to the mountains. Alex was a great host—very responsive and gave us some great local recommendations. Check-in was super smooth, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Denver!

This house is precious. We absolutely loved the inside. Amanda was an amazing host. She was super responsive & kind. The neighborhood is in a great location. There were several places for good food. That being said, it is also alittle intimidating but all in all we felt pretty safe most of the time. Great host, great house.

We loved this place! It was the perfect location for the weekend music festival at Civic Center Park we came for. The only thing, which is not the hosts doing or have any control over, the road noise can be loud at times. A white noise machine or ear plugs is plenty to get rid of it. But, you also are booking in a downtown area and that comes with normal downtown noises, so that’s to be expected! We heard nothing from neighbors though. The location provided us with the ability to walk basically wherever we wanted to go, which was so great. Highly recommend!

Easy, comfortable stay in a very central location. Michael’s place was clean and had all the amenities we needed (including a parking spot). There are so many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Michael’s instructions for check-in & check-out were very clear.

The unit was perfect and matched our needs in the area. I felt Sarah was a fantastic host. She was easy to communicate with and checked in on our stay. We appreciated her guidebook and recommendations too.

Caden place was comfortable and welcoming!! It was the perfect space for our needs, with a both a mini fridge and a microwave we were able to bring back leftovers and heat them up, and also make popcorn and such things for some movie night snacks!!! 10/10 would look forward to booking with Caden again!!

Place was clean & modern. Host was flexible & accommodating. Quiet area in the evening, plenty of walkable restaurants nearby.

Close to trails, restaurants, shops, and anything you would want to do in Boulder, this jewel was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It offers a calm and restful place to stay with a reserved parking space. Exceptionally clean and crisp interior--lovely remodel. Stairs to second floor are steep but were no problem for us. Would stay here the next time we visit and will recommend to others.

Kelly’s place was perfect….very clean and accommodating! Spent one night after attending a Red Rocks show. Her place is very convenient and close to downtown Golden where we walked around the next day for shopping and great food/drinks at Buffalo Rose.

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

The place was so nice, great location, and Ji+Ryan were very sweet and understanding!
