Great location for a couple’s weekend with friends! Walking distance to Coors Field-great neighborhood. The apartment was much bigger than expected and very nice! Julie was friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back for another game and peaceful stay!

Chandler was a great host! Felt at ease having him around. We were very happy about the location. Fantastic area. Very walkable to spots to eat and shop. Very clean- great shower. Plenty of daylight and plenty of space for 3. Highly recommend!

Allan was very proactive with instructions and stayed in contact throughout check in even though he was in another counter with inconvenient time zone for him. Highly recommend. Fairly priced and you definitely get what you pay for. Would stay again.

We arrived late at night but Christopher's instructions for parking and getting inside were extremely helpful and detailed so we had no problems. We loved the location. We loved that it was close to so many restaurants. Check in was a breeze. Guests who like to be out and about will love the access to so many things.

Mary Jule was an extremely welcoming and warm host, and she provided everything we needed during our stay. We very-much appreciated her making a late-night delivery of laundry detergent that we needed - and also when she allowed us to have a late check-out. Everything appeared to be in brand-new condition and was pristinely clean. We enjoyed the proximity of great places to walk to, including the Denver Botanical Gardens and fun pubs (The Wild Corgi was fun!). With a bit further of a walk, we enjoyed Denver's Rino District and walking along the River path. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a great vacation memory!

Simone’s place is a restful retreat in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Well appointed, very clean -a quiet place to stay within city limits. We loved everything about it don’t hesitate to book Simone’s place. I will definitely return to this lovely home away from home on future visits to Denver. This is a fantastic place to stay in a historic house. Location is perfect with plenty to do in the area. Jeanine and Jim are great hosts and were there to help when needed. Would stay here again if in the area!

This was a great place to stay if you have a convention at the convention center. Just a 15 minute walk. Only an hour and a half away from Rocky Mountain National Park too which was nice to be able to get some break from the city. Great host and was able to let me check in early which was super helpful!

The stay was very nice. Clean apartment and had all the amenities we needed. The only complaint would be that the mattress was quite firm.

Erin's spot is in a great area with lots to do. it was the perfect launching off point for all adventures. we walked almost everywhere we wanted to be. it's a busy hood with the noise you'd expect from a city, but nothing too bad!

Although unassuming from the outside, I was amazed and pleased at this city oasis on the inside. The immaculate, updated apartment/condo has an old warm feel of wooden floors and brick on the walls coupled with updates and a freshly painted look. The location is perfect for anyone attending a conference at the convention center 2 blocks away. Multiple restaurants and shopping are just a block a way and there is a Target across the street which made extras such as picking up a few groceries super convenient. Towels and sheets were high hotel quality. Upstairs bed had usb ports and wireless chargers on both sides. The host were friendly and very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

This is not your average stay. It’s elevated. Vintage art and furnishings - not old but curated. You will feel chic and also ready to move in and be the coolest version of yourself. In a building with a cute bar/restaurant with patio as well as a coffee shop. Can you tell I loved it? My only regret is that my stay was too short due to a 6 am flight!

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.

We were a group of 5 women, in town for our company conference, which was scattered around downtown Denver. This unit was centrally located and was a perfect hub for us. We appreciated the number of beds and how they were laid out. The open area was ideal for us to gather. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was super responsive and helpful. Our only note of caution is that locals told us not to walk around at night, and we found that to be good advice, especially considering a situation that happened on one of our first nights involving police. We didn't feel unsafe or scared, but we did heed the warnings.
