We enjoyed our stay at Jaimi’s place. Great neighborhood location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect location for our concert at the Broncos stadium. Jaimi was very responsive, directions were very clear and the accommodations were lovely and quiet. Great mattress!

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay! It felt small at first but really it’s like a luxury suite at a hotel. Was perfect for two of us- we didn’t spend much time there as we were out doing things but we easily could’ve stayed there all day. All the ‘extra’ amenities you need were available which was amazing; toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, hair dryer, washer/dryer, towels, etc.

This place was so cute and had everything we needed. We loved the spacious parking lot area out front & that it was away from the road. Great location, would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay, the host was very responsive and helped with an earlier check-in as it was only a quick stay/stop while visiting. The linens, bathrooms and rooms were in excellent condition. We reached out to Emmy at 8pm the night before we wanted to book. She immediately responded and said she’d be able to accommodate an earlier check in which was perfect for us. We needed a place to stay for a couple nights while work was being done on our house nearby. The house has a great yard with lots of trees for shade - our son loved the tree swing.

My family of six adults stayed here for a wedding weekend. The rooms were all decent size and there were enough utensils, cups, and towels for the whole family. This is an older home with steep stairs to the 2nd level and the basement, but it was fine for us. The bathrooms were small but functional. The place was easy to find, and Victoria was responsive and helpful to let us check in early. It is a quiet neighborhood about 5-10 minutes from strip mall dining and shopping, but we were only in town for the wedding and not for sightseeing in downtown Denver. When we did go downtown, it was about a 30 minute drive without major traffic. One small issue we had was a beeping smoke detector that required new batteries, and Victoria's husband came to check in a few hours later to ensure everything was resolved. Overall, this was a nice place to rest our heads for our trip.

Fantastic place!!! Right across the street from Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Easy to just walk across the street. Had all the amenities you could ask for. Chris was an amazing host!! Let us know there would be a firework show on the 2nd night. Altered our plans and it did not disappoint. Very spacious. Top Airbnb I've every stayed at. Can't wait to come back.

Cute place! Parking is a little tight but good location for things to do on South Broadway. You are definitely squished up against neighbors and can see directly into the houses behind the airbnb.. but overall was a nice stay and the fire pit was relaxing to sit by at night!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sarah’s place. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to great restaurants and just a short walk to Coors Field. It worked out so well for our trip, and the neighborhood had everything we needed. Sarah was a wonderful host—her communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. You can tell she really cares about making the experience smooth and enjoyable for her guests. It was such a comfortable stay! it had everything i was looking for at a perfect price!

We had a small problem when we first got there. The code is for the pad on the door... not the key box hanging on the door. Also this location is on the 3rd story with 30 stairs to climb. Other then that? This place was perfect for our needs and we hope to stay here again.

Sonja was a friendly, responsive host. We went to a wedding in Thornton and this location was very close. It was very walkable. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and just as described.

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!
