Our apartment is located on the outskirts of the beautiful wine village of Eichstetten, directly from various excursion destinations such as hiking and cycling. The seed garden, breeding and show garden, is about 450 m away and is also the start and end point of the Geopfad (length 9.5 km / ascent 500 m /descent 500 m / difficulty medium), one of the entrances to the Kaisertour (mountain bike tour / length 68 km / 1360 m / difficult) or the starting point for many mountain bike or bike tours.

It is located on the SW corner of a large, very well-kept residential complex and consists of living/bedroom with balcony, separate kitchenette and bathroom. Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quietly located and about 200m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. By tram you can easily get from the main train station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. A car park can be provided upon request. I live directly under the apartment and am available for questions.
