We had a really nice holiday in the apartment. Quiet location. Many leisure opportunities. The apartment was well equipped and very clean, nothing was missing. Highly recommended.

Brittas very likeable, uncomplicated and unobtrusive appearance made it difficult for us to say goodbye on the day of departure. From the first minute of our vacation, we were in feel-good mode. The kitchen equipment will make the heart of a self-caterer and hobby cook beat faster. Is there anything better than a restful sleep on vacation, despite the unfamiliar beds? No problem with Britta. Cozy living room with tasteful furnishings, a balcony with heavenly mountain panoramic views. And where else will you be greeted in a holiday apartment by the host with two beautiful bouquets of flowers? We'll be back! Thank you so much for this wonderful stay.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation in the magnificent Alpine landscape. Beautiful and spacious apartment, good beds. Doris was kind and we felt really welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely come back if we travel to Bavaria again!

We enjoyed being able to be for ourselves. The location was simply awesome and offered many opportunities for exploring. We would book again at any time, there is nothing comparable in the area. Simply a gem in every respect!

A rustic, cozy yet modern retreat (new bathroom, modern cozy furniture, beautiful solid interior), which we happened to discover at the last minute at a very fair price. The view is really something! With the daily "nature and cloud TV" and "cricket chirp radio" (there really is no TV or radio, which is really great!) where you can very well mask the subtle noise of the main road in the distance, we were able to recover very well from the many hiking tours. Whether having breakfast outside in the morning sunshine or watching the evening sunset in the mountains on the bench, we enjoyed every day and spontaneously extended it. We had the somewhat "smaller" house, which was completely sufficient for 2 people, and had the property for our sole use almost all the time. We were able to switch off very well here. Thank you Peter for your hiking tips and the always fast and nice communication. We will be happy to come back!

Great accommodation with a super nice location. The spa area with an alpine panorama was outstanding. The quiet location invites you to relax. Shops/restaurants directly in the village, 5 minutes by car. Beautiful hikes right from the property. All in all a very nice stay, we will be happy to come back.

A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

The apartment is bright, spacious and fresh. Everything needed is present and more. A surprise was the crafts for the children, which our children gratefully used. We were present in spring. The location of the apartment is perfect, as experienced athletes, the climbing, running and sports opportunities are within easy reach. There are also many playgrounds for the children nearby. Even within walking distance of the apartment is a nice playground where our children enjoyed themselves at a great time. The kitchen is full of conveniences, clean and easy to use. In short, we had a very nice stay and would love to come back.

Had a great stay at Ulrike's place. It's a single room that encompasses a sofa, bed and kitchen. The room was spotless clean and had all the amenities one would need. It's a 30 minute drive away from Innsbruck but if you have time, the immediate locality is very scenic to walk around and explore. Highly recommend!

Nice stay within walking distance of downtown Sölden. Ideal base for, for example, winter sports. Martina is very friendly and easy to reach. Accommodation has all the comforts. Highly recommendable.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The hostess, Ursula, was fantastic, friendly and always with a smile. She warmly welcomed us with chocolate, home made bread. Only a short walk to the Aqua Dome and 15 minutes to the Ski resort, our stay was perfect

We felt right at home in Nadine's sparkling clean and cozy apartment. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the terrace and dining room views are spectacular (our only regret was we could not take those home with us). We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you Nadine.

The apartment is very modern and simply top. You feel like home. We stayed with our 15-year-old daughter and her girlfriend of the same age for 5 days. There was a master bedroom and a room with a 140cm wide bed. From both bedrooms you came to the modern, well-equipped bathroom. Everything was very lovingly prepared for us. There were plenty of drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit and chocolate were waiting for us at the table. There was also coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, cleaning products, etc. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. In the entrance area there is a ski boot dryer. The Achkogelbahn is within easy walking distance. There is also plenty to do in Ötz for non skiers. Ötz and the surroundings are very nice. Gottfried was always accessible and always very accommodating. We will be happy to come back and absolutely recommend Gottfried and his apartment. Unfortunately, the time was over too quickly

We enjoyed the stay with the very beautiful view. The Airbnb has all the necessary amenities; bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, bath products but also extras such as olive oil, herbs, honey, tea, coffee, a refrigerator filled with drinks, a pasta meal, etc. There are useful functions such as lights that automatically turn on as soon as you pass. Mobile phone charging cables were also provided. The terrace is a wonderful place to be. There are several walks departing from the Airbnb. Furthermore, it is also the ideal base for visiting the sights in the area. In 5 minutes, you can be in the village with shops and restaurants by car. Johannes himself welcomes you with a clear explanation of the stay and also responds quickly to messages. We found it such a pleasant stay that we booked an extra night.

The apartment was clean, neat, and very well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking, making it feel just like home. The owner was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. But the highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the view—waking up to the breathtaking sight of the Alps was truly unforgettable. It was definitely a good time to relax and a great place to stay.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We felt at home in the apartment. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen is superbly equipped for every cooking experiment. The view will take your breath away and peaceful at the same time. The farm shop in the village is also worth a visit, as well as the milk filling station. Greta was super friendly and had great tips for us. We will be happy to come back.

We spent 3 nights in Simone and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. In total, we enjoyed the short vacation very much and felt completely comfortable in the apartment.

Andreas was very helpful with information about the location. Nikolett was very friendly and responsive. It’s a very peaceful area and a nice place to stay.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.
