Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Umhausen

The place was just great! Everything you need was there and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. The children were allowed to feed the rabbits in the garden, you had your private area in the garden and the mountain panorama was awesome. A really great, family-friendly accommodation. There were even high chairs, a changing table, a baby bed and games for children and adults. The area invites you to many activities - it is not far to Imst, the Ötztal or the Pitztal. So a great starting point. Daniela and her husband always had an open ear for questions. A clear recommendation for a family vacation in the mountains!

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We liked staying with Katharina very much, the room corresponded to the description and our expectations. We will be happy to come back and make a clear recommendation. Thanks also for your restaurant tips, the pizza at Soulfood was really extremely delicious.

We had a wonderful getaway in Allgäu. Petra and Hartmut are super nice people. The room and bath were very clean and cozy. We had a list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. Coffee maker and fridge were provided, as well as cutlery and crockery, so you could have nice breakfast every morning. We did this on the terrace with great views. What to keep in mind is that all supermarkets close at 8 pm. All purchases should be done beforehand. The restaurant is a 2-minute walk away. Gasthof Engelbräu Brewery is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we would come back anytime!

We were at Ludwig's for a long weekend with our three adult children and everyone liked it very much (which rarely happens😀). The chalet is very beautiful and the short distance to the nearest mountain railways is great for hikers!

Absolutely wonderful accommodation in the magnificent Alpine landscape. Beautiful and spacious apartment, good beds. Doris was kind and we felt really welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely come back if we travel to Bavaria again!

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We had fantastic hiking weather - and the accommodation was the ideal starting point: In just 15 minutes you are in Imst to explore a scenic and alpine high-altitude trail with the gondola. In 45 minutes you can reach the highest waterfall in Tyrol (Stuibenfall in the Ötztal), and if you are looking to cool off, you can drive to the Plansee in 50 minutes and swim or walk through the gorge (Stuibenfälle canyoning meeting point). The kitchen is a real highlight for self-catering - rarely so well equipped on Airbnb! Especially great: the guest card, which Peter proactively organized for us (thank you!), with which you can gondola in Imst for free every day. For families, there is a small sandbox, a large terrace with a fireplace and a spectacular view. Note: The terrace is shared with the neighbors. We were very lucky with them - nevertheless, a privacy screen would be pleasant when sunbathing while cooking next door 😉

We had a wonderful and super interesting time in Nassereith and its surroundings. The landlady Manuela and her husband Walter are the warmest and most hospitable landlords we have ever met. Very helpful, friendly and nice, have given us many informative and helpful tips on the hikes and things to do in the surrounding area, always equipped with maps and detailed tour descriptions. We felt completely cared for and welcome! The cozy little apartment had everything that can make a vacation for two perfect, the balcony with the view of the mountains and the valley was simply fantastic. Everything is super clean and cozy! We will be happy to come back!

A spectacular place, Till is very kind, always has a good disposition and tries to be aware of the needs of his guests, super open to communication and has very good recommendations of activities to do, but what made it special was the treatment he gave my 3 dogs, he took excellent care of them and as it was raining when we arrived, he had towels ready to dry them.

We had 4 wonderful days in this exceptional Airbnb. The mountain panorama with waterfalls, black-nosed sheep and ever-changing views depending on the weather directly from the balcony made our hearts beat faster and exceeded all expectations! The accommodation was spacious, clean and cozy. Mike welcomed us very warmly and was always available. We could hike directly from the accommodation and were very happy with the hiking opportunities in the area. Thank you for this beautiful experience! We would have liked to stay longer and would love to recommend this Airbnb. :)

We are "repeat offenders" and have now been to this beautiful apartment on the Halblech for the third time. As always, everything was wonderful - the apartment is sooo beautiful and cozy and the location is simply unique. We have undertaken several bike tours, to the Ammergebirge, to the Wieskirche, to the lakes - all from the apartment. The beautiful natural perennial garden can be used and every day Mietzi, the neighbor cat, visited us for cuddling. Simply perfect! And on top of that, the apartment and the house belong to two very nice and warm people :-)

We felt right at home in Nadine's sparkling clean and cozy apartment. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the terrace and dining room views are spectacular (our only regret was we could not take those home with us). We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you Nadine.

I would give it 10 stars if I could. Ingrid and her husband are adorable, available and offer a bread delivery service. The accommodation is beautiful, simply decorated but with a lot of taste. From the outside to the inside everything is beautiful, clean and smells good. The view of the mountains and the river is splendid. If you are a lover of (splendid) nature, hiking, calm, if you like to be able to fall asleep with the sound of the river and watch the sun rise and set on the mountain, Ingrid's house is for you. Thank you Ingrid, we'll be back next year!

Great vacation apartment with the best hostess. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled - everything you could need is there, and there are excursion tips to go with it. The apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, very clean, the roof terrace is very large and invites you to eat outside or relax. The location is optimal, many hiking trails start from the apartment, there is also a large thermal bath in the village, Sölden is not far away. There are outdoor swimming pools and bathing lakes everywhere and a wide range of hiking opportunities. We had a wonderful vacation!!!! Thank you!!! We'd love to come back:-)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

Wonderful apartment with a view of Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and walks through the hills

We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located directly at the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to the city center. If you come by public transport, we recommend the W bus line, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We felt right at home Our wishes, such as cribs and highchairs, were easily addressed. The accessibility and communication was great and very committed. We can really recommend this place and would book again at any time.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast with a view of the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely at ease - almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, we were even able to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for all those who want to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: "Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?" I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
